This is an Asome product. Very easy tu use, and space wise is the best option for small spaces.

It's malfunctioning and I need help from Best Buy. The machine is excellent.

This washer and dryer is great. It is a lot smaller on the outside that my original stackable, however the capacity is the same. I highly recommend. Note: there is no slack function.

This unit is exactly what we were looking for. Fairly easy to learn to use. We're used to the old turning knobs :) The delivery and hook up went smoothly, the guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the person who sold it to us told us that the doors could be reversed, however they can't. This point was one reason why we decided on this unit. Other than that, we are happy with our purchase.

This washtower has been in our eyes since we first saw it on display. We've had nothing but a great experience with all of our LG products. This was purchased as part of a laundry room remodel, to take advantage of the smaller footprint this unit offers. It replaced a pair of Samsung units that were aging and starting to become unreliable. So far, these get clothes cleaner, are 100% quieter, and make for better use of the space we have allocated for laundry.

This really is the best washer dryer machine I ever bought. It is very efficient and quiet. Be sure to attach the steam kit. The installer did not do it and I had to do it myself.

This LG washer/dryer combo works great! I was worried that it would wobble and make tons of noise when both appliances were in use, but it's been pretty stable and quiet. I particularly appreciate the location of the controls because I'm short. The dryer is easy to empty which I was worried about because of my height.

Best washer dryer we have ever had. Super clean design and great operation. It’s quieter than typical stacking machines since it’s all one piece. Highly recommend!

I’ve had this item since the top of December. It’s been great, was worried the item was not leveled off the first personal wash, but it seems to have gotten used to its area. If the level seems to be a problem I would need help. Delivery people were great and managed to deliver within a tighter frame. Am completely with the design and the opportunity to continue my purchases with Best Buy. My girlfriend wanted the Sage Green color as it blends with our darker scheme and she couldn’t be happier. I wish I could give an extra star on capacity.

Really like the slim design and how much space it freed up in our laundry room. Others have commented on it not drying loads completely and I initially had the same issue. Then I discovered that you can change the dryer setting by moving your finger up or down on the touch screen where it says 'Dry Level'. That allows you to adjust the dryness between 'Very' and 'Damp'.

So far I love this combo!! It is large in a small laundry. That was a bit jarring to see at first but the ease of use overrides that.

I love this wash tower. It give me so much more space in my small laundry room. It's pretty quiet, and does a great job cleaning anything I've put in it.

This tower is FANTASTIC! We replaced LG machines so no learning curve. We were having an issue getting something to fit in our laundry “closet.” Seems like everything has grown an inch or 2 over the past 8 years and it was just enough that we would have to take the doors off our laundry room or do some actual small construction to get the regular front loaders to fit. Then low-and-behold we ran across this tower in the store. I was VERY nervous about how loud it would be and the actual workings of the panel in the middle…..it wasn’t plugged in so we couldn’t see how anything worked in the store. But once they delivered this baby I was AMAZED. It’s beautiful and quiet and cleans soooo well. I highly recommend.

This was an upgrade from a Samsung front-loader set. I wanted stackable to better use my laundry room space. This is fantastic. The noise level is minimal, the controls are intuitive, and it cleans really well. In fact, it’s better than the Samsung in that the sheets don’t tangle in the dryer and it only takes one round instead of 3 to dry thoroughly. I took one star off because there was an awful odor about 3 weeks in. Seriously, use very little soap - you don’t need much. The buildup causes a mildewy smell. I drained the bottom and ran a cup of bleach in a cleaning mode, and the smell is gone. I never had that trouble with the Samsung, though. All in all, I’m really happy with this unit and it is a decided upgrade from the last.

We are pleased by the very low noise level of the washer at high speed spin. The controls are readily accessible and easy to use.
