I really love this tower. It gets the job done fast. The only thing I don’t like is that the rubber seal around the dryer glass door is already coming apart. It happened after my first 5 cycles.

I would give a 4.5 for now but could become better after I get more familiar and start using the app. Some of the default dryer settings do not dry completely changing via a touch button every time gets a little annoying

Overall good, wish the doors were interchangeable considering our small laundry room.

This is the most quiet and best looking washer and dryer I’ve ever had. The first one came bent by the dryer part but a replacement came a week later. So far it has been functioning beautifully.

A good choice for limited spaces and where you want to have a good looking of your laundry in your place. It also gives you a perfectly clean and dry cloths.

LOVE THIS MACHINE! Its so sleek & gorgeous. Still trying to figure out a lot of the cycles & all. A little frustrated with the whole damp/dry automatic setting, but I’m sure I will figure it all out. For now… I just switch it to timed dry.. ESPECIALLY on TOWELS.

After years of relying on Kenmore machines that were always reliable, I decided to try the LG WashTower. Unfortunately, the experience has been a major disappointment. The built-in intelligence constantly loses connectivity for no clear reason. The cycle options are frustratingly limited, and a normal load takes an hour by default, which feels excessive. You can’t adjust temperature on standard cycles, and the convenience of a favorite cycle memory is totally missing. Compared to Kenmore’s simplicity and reliability, the LG just falls short. The smart features aren’t worth the hassle, and in my opinion, they need a lot more refinement. Overall, I can’t recommend this machine—especially if you value straightforward, reliable performance over tech gimmicks.

Uses less energy and water. So we are good. We like the stakable.

Great machine and it gave me room for a pantry. Also no shaking or vibration.

Great price, and so far a great product! The wife wanted a washer and dryer put in our hall closet and thats what she got.

Very nice unit. Only negative is a little loud during spin cycle, but othrr thsn that perfect for our condo.

1 Star for LG. 4 Stars for BestBuy. The delivery & installation process were great. They even did a quick test to make sure everything is running ok before they leave. BUT, after they left when I removed the tape to the door that I see there's crack damage but was concealed in metallic tape to hide the damage. Terrible act by LG factory. Shame on you.

I didn’t think I was going to like it, but I’m so happy with my washer and my dryer.

This LG front load washer and dryer is amazing, starting from the assistance at the store all the way to doing my first wash load.

Super convenient having all controls in the center instead of up way high

The washer doesn’t drain completely the water when it’s done and the dryer doesn’t dry the clothes, it leaves them damp. Usually need 2 runs for it to dry them. No sure if it’s an installation problem or the machine itself.
