Love the design. Looks nice in laundry area. Easy to access top and bottom, especially top, dryer. I do wish it had an enclosed lent trap. Besides this we hope to enjoy for many years.

5 stars!!! I love this machine, it is so easy to use my 9 year old can do it! Just load the close, push 2 buttons and bam, your doing clothes and the best part is the machine automatically sets everything!

I love this unit. Haven't had any issues. I love that it's full size and stackable. I love the color.

I like it, still not used to the washer using less water. I do like that the spin cycle takes out much of the water from the laundry. The dryer is very efficient. And, overall I like the modern look of the tower.

Absolutely love the pair. Quite sleek .. looks awesome.. cleans great! Even though it is a stackable there is no vibration and most of all extremely quiet.

So far, the unit is working as expected. Easy to adjust to. Haven't tried the sanitizer wash or the steam dryer options yet. Really like it though. I do like how the dryer automatically will set according to the wash cycle you have used.

Credit where it's due: This is a really nice product. I have thus far been quite pleased with my new LG washer and dryer. The sales team was also very helpful in setting my delivery up as I do live in a three story townhome in which the laundry room is on the top floor. It requires some extra man power to get appliances up there, and the sales team did a pretty thorough job making the delivery department aware that extra hands would be needed for this one. What they got wrong: For some reason the additional hands needed to make this delivery did not show up. A standard team came, and was only able to leave my appliances in my den on the first floor. I was told it was a process to request a larger delivery team and this process was not accomplished on the part of the dispatcher despite the sales team's best efforts to make them aware that this would be required. I understand mistakes happen as well, but I didn't feel proper measures were taken to correct this one. I had been without working laundry appliances for over a week. My original delivery day was already scheduled four days later than the earliest available to accommodate gathering the additional delivery team members. It was dropped off on a Monday, and I was told it wouldn't be until Saturday when they would get a team to me. This was not acceptable. I ultimately got my own help and finished the delivery and installation without Best Buy's services. I did still request that the team come and collect my old appliances that Saturday. I am not sure how they managed to mess this up too, but they only took my old washer. I figured me ordering a new washer and dryer would prompt them to pick up my old washer and dryer. Thanks to some seemingly excessive red tape, the delivery team would only take as many appliances as were indicated on the delivery form. Their solution: for me to go on the website and fix it. Again, not acceptable. Best Buy has great stores and products. I do like shopping there, and their retail employees have given me good service overall. However, this appliance delivery service is a mess. It's too bureaucratic, there's too much red tape, and information in this case changed hands too many times that critical details were missed resulting in unnecessary delays . I feel this also ultimately led to the unsatisfactory outcome of correcting this situation. There are too many ways right now to mess up an appliance delivery, and it seemed like every pitfall was encountered here. I will continue to shop at Best Buy for other needs. However, I will be considering other options for appliances in the future.

Easy to use and conveniently connects to your phone to keep ypu updated

Love the space it creates. Kind of a pain in the butt for drying because if you want your clothes truly dry you have to self adjust, it’s not a default. Washer door should be left cracked when not in use so it doesn’t smell musty. Washes clothes well. Lots of options on it. Looks amazing.

The Best unit EVER!! Very efficient, large drums, minimal noise & a complete steal if you can get it from the outlet store like I did but even if you have to pay full price it is more than Worth Every Penny

Couldn’t be happier with this stacker in 1 bedroom condo, I highly recommend it if you don’t have room for a side by side. But even if you do, who doesn’t want extra room?

Very pleased with this machine. It frees up a lot of space in my small utility room. They perform really well. The spin cycle on the washing machine almost dries the clothes.

All features work as advertised. The system is very quiet for a wash and dryer. Large doors allow easy access to load and unload the tower. Initial month of ownership quality and workmanship are very good.

From going on a year without a washer and dryer I would definitely recommend getting one of these for a smaller space! I absolutely love this washer and dryer.

Very good so far love the turbo cycle. Easy to clean the lent catcher. You can wash your comforter and pillow cases. A little difficult installing but that’s because we have a small space. Other than that great purchase.

I am loving my laundry center. It saves space and has so many option to choose from for your loads through the app. Great buy!!

We purchased it on Monday and it was delivered on Saturday. Great installers and the unit works excellent.

This washer and dryer set not only looks great but also function as a smart appliance. My clothes are super clean and the dryer is very hot. You probably don't need normal mode when load is light.
