    Damaged product, multiple deliveries, no gift card

    The product itself is decent. Nonetheless, the delivery and installation is a disaster. The product arrived damaged in the first delivery which is a surprise. Later on, we arranged another delivery and then on the scheduled day there is no item delivered with no prior communication from Best buy. It has wasted our time for two complete business days waiting for nothing. For the third delivery attempt, the installation staff said the space is too tight so special hardware is required so a forth delivery is scheduled. In the forth visit, the installation is finally completed. It is a waste of time doing business with Best buy and the gift card compensation process is even more frustrating. The promised gift card compensating our loss in time is not received after one month from the forth visit. Do not try buying appliances from Best buy.

    Pretty Machine, has a lot of technology and very large. The bad points, to noisy, sometimes the wash doesn’t add water or detergent to the clothing. The app need to allow for more control of the spin cycle and custom wash configs. Plus Best Buy Delivery and Processes Terrible

    Product is good, installers were garbage. Did i say "installers"? I meant delivery guys who Best Buy tasked with the installation. These dudes couldn't install a furnace air filter, let alone a washer/dryer. The company BB hired to deliver/install were only worried about being finished within 30 minutes. Installed the vent hose with a kink so bad it ripped a hole in it. When i pointed it out, installer got super confrontational. There are too many things that went wrong to list.

    Like unit. Works well. WiFi enabled with downloadable features. Unfortunately impossible to connect it. All other appliances in house connect easy.annoying

    I WAS CHARGE TOO MUCH FOR THE WASHER AND DRYER. I CHECK ON LINE AND IT WAS 500.00 CHEAPER. THE WASHER AND DRYER ARE GREAT.

    Quick to malfunction, service nowhere in sight.

    Buyer beware. I took delivery of this unit March 2021. After only several loads, the dryer stopped heating. It has been a week now and LG service has yet to even get a repair service scheduled. Maybe they think it is no problem to not be able to do laundry. Had I known this unit would malfunction so soon and that it would be nearly impossible to get repaired, I never would have bought it. I recommend going with a brand that can actually service their product.

    Run. There are issues with the washer.

    I had to return the first one because it was leaking some sort of solvent like chemical into the clothes. The second one also smells like dangerous chemicals. Just not as severe yet. This is very disappointing. There’s also a whole conversation on Reddit about this so LG has to know something is wrong with the washer.

    The washer took over 2 hours to wash, it would leave the clothes with soap, so I would have to do a quick wash after. The dryer would dry everything.

    Delivered on 10/23/23 Installed by contractor on 11/09/23. Item does not work and makes jet engine screaming noise. New out of the box. Washer defective. Best Buy says not returnable or exchangeable- WORST service and ignorance I have experienced. No common sense is being used in this case!!!! I just wanted to exchange for a working Item for 2K I paid for something broken- not right.

    Best Buy Destroyed my New Home

    Best Buy negligently installed the washer/dryer in my brand new home. Right after they installed the washer/dryer it flooded out my ceiling and shorted out the lights to my home. I had no electricity for two days and the leak is ongoing. A restoration company cut a massive hole in my ceiling. Best buy has failed to address this issue and how they destroyed my mom. They also did not show up to two of their last appointments to make the repair. Each time I call for assistance I get no substantive response.

    After a few cycles the dryer posed error code d80. I reset the machine, inspected the vent, cleaned the lint tray and it still comes up. I chatted with LG Support and they were dismissive and unhelpful. They refused to fulfill the warranty and send out a technician. Best buy was no help either.

    Just got this and it’s not working after getting it set up. I have the Best Buy protection plan but they have me bouncing back and forth with LG to get it fixed. Not a good experience especially after the way they promote how they have your back if you purchase their protection.
