    The washing machine shakes very loudly during the spin cycle. It's so loud I heard it upstairs. The door opened at some point and water spilled out on the floor in ftont of the washer.

    This this is louder than my gf and shakes more than she shakes her head when were trying to figure out where to eat. I would not recommend it. It moved forward from the shaking so often that the dryer vent connection actually fell apart like my last relationship. Go with literally ANYTHING ELSE

    Have to drain every time I use it

    Garbage, you have to drain it every time you use it otherwise it smells like a rotten egg. I am on city water to. Everytime I use it I drain about 40oz of water that did not get pumped out.

    Door mis aligned and hard to close

    We bought this bec it was cheaper since it was returned by previous buyer. We were never explained the defects it came with since it was plastic wrapped when we found it. The door is mis-aligned and we have to lift it for it to fit and close. It also came with more scratches and dents which were never relayed to us.

    This tandem washer/dryer is totally useless as violently shake and moves during the spin cycle regardless of how low of a spin cycle one chooses.

    I've been using this washing machine for a while now, and it's been a great addition to my home. It’s efficient, relatively quiet, and handles large loads with ease. The different wash cycles are practical, and clothes come out clean and fresh every time.     Bought in June and now in September the main board is out. Thankfully technicians from LG are coming over but how is it possible that it’s already dead? It will not drain the water. OE error.

    Best Buy couldn’t install. Offered zero helpful suggestions. Called customer support, didn’t support. Major disappointment. Will buy from my local appliance store next time…. Lesson learned.

    You would expect better reliability from LG. After only 1.5 years of use, the buttons stopped lighting up and machine won’t power on. Unfortunately manufacturers warranty is pathetically only 1 year.

    well researched and said this was the one ! and best buy had it on sale. BUT BEST BUY TAKES ORDERS BUT FAILS TO DELIVER !!!! IT WAS EXPLICITLY NOTED WHEN ORDER WAS TAKEN IN HARTSDALE STORE 2ND FL DELIVERY GUESS WHAT BEST BUY DOES NOT DELIVER TO 2ND FLOOR THEY CAME 3 TIMES TO ATTEMPT DELIVERY BUT FAILED !!!     Brought it home, got it installed & the washer drum was grinding. Went back to the store & theyre replacing it A MONTH LATER. Meanwhile, I get to make payments on a product I STILL dont have a replacement for.

    The washer/dryer didn’t work. When I tried to call to return it, no one would answer the phone so I had to travel to the location. When I arrived to explain the situation, I was told that I could return it. However, I would have to pay more money to get a new washer/dryer.
