I should have stuck to my word when I stated I don’t want an LG. I let the sales guy talk me into LG saying they have the highest ratings. There are features(soaking, spin/rinse only, etc) my Whirlpool had that the LG is missing. The washer often become unbalanced struggling handling loads I have been washing together for years. The washer and dryer have more presetting than giving the freedom to set each one as you please. The bottoms are the screen are not easy to push when wanting the extra settings or to clean the washer. I do like the dryer more than the washer. I was changing my W/D area and was looking at stacking option due to needing more room for my new water heater. Because I dislike the tower so much, I know I won’t have it long. I have given it 8mths. Once it paid off, this tower will probably barely be 2yrs old when I go and buy a Whirlpool like I initially wanted.

Amazing washer and dryer. I love the fact that’s it’s 1 solid unit. Not 2 units stacked on top of each other. The lg wash app is extremely helpful as well to let me know when the wash/dry cycle is finished.

Its a good, compact unit that does the job. Only real issue is constant D90-D95 error codes on the drying due to bends in the vent neck which are unavoidable. Think about that before you make the purchase as you might have to repipe the vent in your home.

LOVE our LG washer & dryer! Took a minute to get used to the low washer but it’s a great machine - perfectly sized & clothes dry very quickly! Only wish was more cycles on the machine instead of the app.

So far so good. Looks beautiful and cleans and dries awesome. Still figuring out all the extra settings, but normal and delicate work great.

Really like the LG ThinQ washtower, it fit perfect.

Unit looked nice. Brought it home hooked it up. It ran well until it got to the spin cycle. Then it was violently shaking. I tried to rebalance the tower. But to no avail. And for some reason the dry did not get hot and did not dry like it should. I went back to Best Buy where I purchased the tower. The manager Sultan was awesome. I showed the video to him. He said that it should not do that. He gave me a few options. I chose to purchase a different set all together. So ultimately I was unhappy with the washer/dryer tower. But the customer service was excellent.

Love the size of this all in one. It's easy to move clothes to the dryer. cons - the standard settings are not all easy to make changes to, especially on the dryer and the capacity of the washer seems less that the dryer.

Installation wentvery smoothly of my LG Laundry Tower. There was a small dent in the side which the installer pointed out to me.I was able to get a small rebate for that but it does not interfere with the oportation of the laundry tower.

Absolutely love this set!!!! Wish I would have purchased it years ago. Clothes come out so clean and it washes and dries very quickly. No complaints!

Love it so far though all the online options can be weird to navigate. Did have it installed by Best Buy. It ruined a load of clothes because of some weird rubber smell that has yet to repeat or reveal its origin. Like the wash options and it is fairly quiet.

so far very pleased with this w/d combo-especially the size of the drums and clothing capacity- wow. Double-check your space- deeper than average for stacking set. It comes right to the front door of our closet-and tall too-I have to say,

Love it it’s perfect it’s futuristic and I know it will last a lifetime

I do not have the item yet, the delivery has now been rescheduled for the third time. The first time they messaged that they would be there at 8 but arrived 30 minutes early and left since I wasn’t there yet and they said they only had to wait 30 minutes. I don’t live at the property yet and have to travel. The second time they called me and said the delivery was delayed because the truck broke down and they would keep me updated. I waited 2 hours and then saw on the website my order had been canceled. I then called and rescheduled. The tv installation that was through the in house geek squad rather than the third party contractor was great. They were there on time, did a great job, and kept me informed the whole way.

The washer & dryer unit was ok; I had all sorts of problems trying to get both sets installed. The installation company and Best Buy have very bad communication it literally took over a month to get two units installed. Sad.

Love that the dryer knows exactly which setting it needs to be on based on what settings I selected for the wash cycle, and getting alerts on the phone when it's done really help me not forget about my laundry!
