Operates great except for the fact that I keep getting a "D80" error with the dryer. I have snaked out my dryer exhaust line, as well as the line exiting the house, I have also blown out and cleaned the dryer internals from where the lint trap is. From what I have found, there is no airflow restriction that the code states is occurring.

Makes lot of sound but works great and fits in compact places. Ease of access to the digital board is great for people who are short.

The product seems to be average in appearance. The description available online for consumers and sellers is less than complete. The additional 110 plug was not mentioned. The ability to reposition the dryer discharge is not described and is still not known if it is possible to vent from the side, as I requested from my in home sales representative. The unit is quiet when operating and seems adequate.

Works great , but you hVe to be prepared to know if you do not have dryer level vent in your house it will stick out 1 ft from the wall, installers said that was " the best they could do"..so i will now figure out a shelving system to hide the gap.

It’s not a bad washer and dryer combo. It’s silent and works well but I would NOT recommend to anyone who have pets that shed a lot. It does a very bad job at removing pet hair from your clothes. My old speed Queen dryer did a good job with lint and pet hair and this one doesn’t. I even lint rolled my clothes before put them in. When I open the lint tray there’s barely any lint in there. My old dryer is have a lot of lint after each use and my clothes came out nice.

A good choice for limited spaces and where you want to have a good looking of your laundry in your place. It also gives you a perfectly clean and dry cloths.

1 Star for LG. 4 Stars for BestBuy. The delivery & installation process were great. They even did a quick test to make sure everything is running ok before they leave. BUT, after they left when I removed the tape to the door that I see there's crack damage but was concealed in metallic tape to hide the damage. Terrible act by LG factory. Shame on you.

Cannot recommend. Delivered on 12/19/2022. Several problems, including 2 leaks. Poor customer service from the LG representative regarding the latest leak (09/28/2023).

within 4 months of purchase the seal broke causing water to leake all over floor.

Very noisy. Very disappointed as description states it's quiet. Maybe I got the exception.

I like my new washer tower. It is quiet and efficient. I purchased this because of it compact size, I have yet to get it on line so not able to comment on that.

The washer dryer needs two plugs one 220 and 110. It is one heavy unit. The delivery guys damaged the unit bc it is heavy and we paid 400 out of pocket to get a new outlet installed. We also paid 300 to fix the vent due to delivery guys damaging our wall. Great unit. Buy from another company best buy negative stars. Placed a claim a month ago and called multiple times no movement. Will have to go into arbitration. Will never buy from Bestbuy again. Save yourself the headache.

The LG Washtower is rated 3 stars for me. It’s a beauty to look at however the spin cycles sometimes are extremely loud and shaky. What I have also noticed is that the wash cycles are very long. For an example, one load of clothes could take up to 1h 49m to wash on the setting “normal”. This LG Washtower is stylish and ultimately gets the job done. I would only recommend this product if you are a family of 3 or less!

Looks nice. I'm happy with it's performance. My criticism comes from lack of choices in settings.in a pre-set mode I can't change the heat setting or spin cycle to what I want. There isn't even a rinse/spin cycle only mode. You can't know this unless the floor model is plugged in & turned on. The associate tried to find a picture of the control panel on line, but the only one he found was illegible, as it was taken at an angle. So I pretty much use only one cycle on both washer & dryer so that I can choose the heat/spin/time of the cycle. For example, on one of the pre-set cycles the time was 1 hour & 5 mins. I changed it to timed dry for 40 mins, selected "very dry" it worked perfectly, saving me 25 mins. of drying time.

First time with an LG washer... if you haven't researched "LG Water Hammer", please google or youtube it. My pipes are banging so much due to the way LG has designed the high efficiency filling of the washer. Also, the dryer... I've had to run everything through twice. Not impressed. Currently running a small load through the dryer again. Never figured how to connect it to Wifi, so I can't speak on that, except that a 33 year old couldn't figure it out in 5 minutes. The design however is really cool and affordable. I liked that the controls were in the center so we don't need to reach 6 ft up to control the dryer.

Credit where it's due: This is a really nice product. I have thus far been quite pleased with my new LG washer and dryer. The sales team was also very helpful in setting my delivery up as I do live in a three story townhome in which the laundry room is on the top floor. It requires some extra man power to get appliances up there, and the sales team did a pretty thorough job making the delivery department aware that extra hands would be needed for this one. What they got wrong: For some reason the additional hands needed to make this delivery did not show up. A standard team came, and was only able to leave my appliances in my den on the first floor. I was told it was a process to request a larger delivery team and this process was not accomplished on the part of the dispatcher despite the sales team's best efforts to make them aware that this would be required. I understand mistakes happen as well, but I didn't feel proper measures were taken to correct this one. I had been without working laundry appliances for over a week. My original delivery day was already scheduled four days later than the earliest available to accommodate gathering the additional delivery team members. It was dropped off on a Monday, and I was told it wouldn't be until Saturday when they would get a team to me. This was not acceptable. I ultimately got my own help and finished the delivery and installation without Best Buy's services. I did still request that the team come and collect my old appliances that Saturday. I am not sure how they managed to mess this up too, but they only took my old washer. I figured me ordering a new washer and dryer would prompt them to pick up my old washer and dryer. Thanks to some seemingly excessive red tape, the delivery team would only take as many appliances as were indicated on the delivery form. Their solution: for me to go on the website and fix it. Again, not acceptable. Best Buy has great stores and products. I do like shopping there, and their retail employees have given me good service overall. However, this appliance delivery service is a mess. It's too bureaucratic, there's too much red tape, and information in this case changed hands too many times that critical details were missed resulting in unnecessary delays . I feel this also ultimately led to the unsatisfactory outcome of correcting this situation. There are too many ways right now to mess up an appliance delivery, and it seemed like every pitfall was encountered here. I will continue to shop at Best Buy for other needs. However, I will be considering other options for appliances in the future.

Best Buy sold me an open box item with a dent BUT I BOUGHT New! What a scam. The unit itself is good and works well. Best Buy sucks though. What a joke.

Had my unit three weeks. Loved everything about it until today. Washing tub bushing exploded and distributed themselves all over a load of laundry. LG repair appointment is a week out. Things happen so I'm not faulting a failure and repair. What struck me as odd is LG stating "a factory rep, in an LG marked van, in an LG uniform, not a local repair facility" will be arriving. Leads me to believe they're aware of a problem already, or are sending an factory investigator. Odd, either way.

The LG is a sleek and compact all-in-one washer dryer combo that is perfect for small spaces. However, the dryer function does not dry clothes as effectively as I would like. Overall, this unit is a good option for those who prioritize space-saving features but may need to supplement the drying process with additional methods.

Would like to be able to set fot air dry. This is a nice looking wash tower but was expecting better. Have option to use remotely but why?
