Keep getting a message that the vent is 85% full. This is after we had the vent flushed. Takes a little longer to dry than I would like

Wanted to love it

I wanted to like it, I really did. For some reason, the dryer didn’t dry anything fully. Had someone come out and tell me it was because the dryer was on eco mode. Turned that off and still did the same thing. Best Buy did offer me an exchange right away. I decided to exchange and go with a whirlpool.

Very Disappointed and Frustrated!

Still waiting to have fixed Brand new dryer 5 loads went out and comes on for a load every once in awhile.. SMH bought a new dryer to end up back at washateria. Very Disappointed!

Overpriced Bells and Whistles Doesn’t Dry

Auto sensing “energy efficiency” technology leaves all our things wet. Steam feature upsell, leaves most fabrics a wrinkled mess. I just realized our 60 day extended return policy expired unfortunately. Do not buy this product. I got baited by LGs Consumer Report junk. This product is way over priced. Just buy a simple dryer.

The dryer does work

Noisy ..Bang, Bang

I could not stand it so sent it back. The defect may have been because it was open box and I have learnt never to buy open box appliances again too much headache Be warned if you buy Best Buy open Box customer service will not help you one bit with your purchase they will have you going around in circles

LG does not honor their warrenty

This junk was delivered to my home in November and has not worked at all. I have call LG 25 plus times and always get some kind of stupid answer and they will not send a repair person.

Throwing error code-off balance after a week

The washer worked for about a week and now I can't even finish a load because it is always thrown off balance no matter what I wash. Geek Squad has been out twice to repair and it still isn't fixed. Very disappointed.

Best Buy = No Service

I’ve been waiting over a month for Best Buy to install. They scheduled twice in September and missed both appointments. Go to Home Depot for reliability.

Warranty work not upheld

No technician was available to fix, so we're going on 2 months past the purchase date without a working dryer.

Disappointed

Within 4 days of purchase, it stopped working entirely. Fortunately, we got a replacement machine and it works fine so far.

Still trying to hook up the awful dryer kit!

They didn't hook up the install kit that I paid for so I'm left to do that with much frustration.
