cheap alternative

If you make conference calls or use a calling card for out-of-country calls this is not the adapter for you. You are charged extra money for making those calls.

phone connection okay, service TERRIBLE!

Three and a half weeks later I still can't receive incoming phone calls! I have tried repeatedly to get this straightened out with Magic Jack customer service both online and by phone, have been told it should start working in another week and a half, today got an email saying my old phone number is no longer available. I guess I'll have to accept a new phone number. A real struggle to work with this company.
