My number didn't transfer to my magic jack app like it was supposed too, So I just got a Google voice app for my business app instead.

Its OK type. Could not be primary reliable, but good for extra back up phone line.

The sound is ok but sometime it is crackled but I guess for the price its a good buy. but definitely not as good as at&t

I would advise for you to ensure you have at least a 25 MBps internet line to ensure your VoIP traffic can run without any issue.

Best buy provided good service but magic jack is a horrible product that I would not recommend to anybody. Even after several tries and product replacements I could not get the product to activate the service. The activation procedure completes successfully but no activation happen. Magic jack product support is non existent. I waited over 20 min to engage in chat session which did nothing to help. Even after spending hours on hold never succeeded to get to talk to anybody . Returned the product and bought Ooma which is an excellent product.

I like the majic jack and the app. The only down fall is you can only use the services for one cellular device.

great use...affordable although sometimes calls can be dropped.

Sound is not very good. But if you just need a cheep phone to call, it is fine.

Good device but difficult to use on a cell phone. It needs to be easier to access calls.

If you are looking for something that works all the time without having to plug and unplug all the time, this is NOT it. It does work if you continue to plug and unplug and restart the app on the computer. Would never be reliable as a true "home phone"

Recommend this for anyone looking to lower phone bill but still have a land line phone.

Many issues with voicemail and time zone. You really get what you pay for.

Good product if you want to call within USA. It doesn't support Rebtel

Purchased for a start up- my ISP is unpredictable and so is my majic jack.

I bought this piece of junk and people can’t even call because it says the magic jack customer is unavailable. Oh and there is no trouble shooting via phone only by text and email but sure enough there is phone service to renew and sign up. Completely disappointed
