Easy installation. Easy set up. Works on first try and I save hundreds of dollars by not paying for a traditional ATT landline

It is a great product, but it does have a minor flaw. The CID. It seems that it does not "work" with standard CID. I even purchased a phone that was manufactured in 2014 (Motorola brand) to see if that would work. But, no it doesn't. You will get bare bones CID. I came from AT&T landline to magicJack VoIP. With AT&T, the phone displayed the Caller Name and Number, but with mJ where it would normally show the Caller Name will show the incoming phone number along with the Number again. So your phone will show the incoming calling number twice. However, if the callers' provider is also a VoIP service, it will show the Caller Name and Number correctly.

For the price, it can't be beat. You don't all teh features and extras but, for what you pay, is worth every cent. Can't say I really miss the extra features from the old provider.

This my first time to use magic jack Really good don't need to spend for the home phone one fee a year and you'll be connecte with the world. Thank magic jack.

This is a great product and very affordable. If you're looking to cut your landline bill this is great. The setup is very easy and it works with any landline phone. I did the setup right from my smartphone, but you can use a computer too. The only drawback (not enough to receive a star demerit though) is even though you can get your area code, you might not be able to get a number from your town/city, but you can port your number for an additional fee.

A darn good price. Have no issues with making phone calls, however, I have issues where my android phone app can't connect successfully to the unit so I can see phone history.

This is a great improvement from the plus. Also i save a lot from using it.

been using Magic Jack for years, one day I went to Best Buy and told the sales person, once Magic Jack not needing PC to run, that's the day I will start using it; for so many years now, I had initiated many friends to use Magic jack and Jack go, personally I own 3, again, Magic Jack is a wonderful device, I gave them two thumbs up for the easy of use, the high quality of device, the good voice quality of phone calls.

Easy set up, works great for what we need. We mainly use cell phones and we needed a landline for our kids as their cell phones are either missing somewhere in the house or not charged.

Easy to set up for my fax. Much cheaper than paying monthly bills for extra phone line.

I used this to have a cheap home phone line and for the occasional fax (yes I know it's 2017). It works suprisingly well. I used it to work from home one day and had no issues. 2 complaints 1)no caller ID name and 2)can't block outgoing caller ID. If you want a cheap landline replacement, this will work just fine.

I finally decided to try MagicJack. It was so simple to set up and works great. I save so much money. The cost for 1 year is what I was paying each month. I wish I did it sooner. I imported my old number which was an extra cost. It took 2 days and done. I am now free from a month bill. I do not use my home number often. I give it out when I don't want someone having my cell. You will love it, so give it a try.

I have two others that are working perfectly and I bought this one for my mother's house. Best price for the service that you get. It is just like the service from the cable company but cheaper.

Perfect for wanting to be away and still connected to everyone, short or long trips you can connect to your computer or directly to the router. Easy to use and very reliable. Used this product for many years, just renew your subscription and you can keep the same number. At the initial set up you have the choice to select a number that suits you.

Love how easy it was to setup and use. Wish it had numbers for Hawaii as it currently does not. Kind of a bummer if you need to set that up as your only local number.

I needed a cheap home phone, In case my cellular wasn’t working right. You can’t beat the price and as long as you have a good internet connection, the service is pretty good.

Love the magic jack go, worth every penny so far. Saving a bunch of money from my previous VoIP provider that just continued to raise the rates with no heads up or communication as to why. Number porting is the least costly of any service, just over $10. I couldn't be happier. You do have to initially connect the magic jack to the computer for activation and firmware update but after that it just works pulled into the router and supplied 5v USB power adapter.

Sounds better than regular service its as if you are face to face

Love this phone. Served the purpose. Even international call is clear and cheap. Saved hundreds of dollar replacing traditional phone line and keeping the old phone number.
