Love this phone. Served the purpose. Even international call is clear and cheap. Saved hundreds of dollar replacing traditional phone line and keeping the old phone number.

I have been with magicJack for several years. This tiny device helps me cut the landline and save a lot of money. Only $35 for an entire year, can't be cheaper than that!

I needed a landline to setup a medical alert system. This worked really well. The first year of service was included free and additional years are about $30 based on your area. Call quality is clear. You will probably want to make sure your internet speed has decent upload speeds before buying this product. Upload speeds are typically much slower than download speeds, so worth checking out via a speedtest before purchasing.

I was leary of magic jack because I had always been an at&t customer. I was concerned about having a local phone number and if I would have access to 911 from the magic jack. It turns out that you can port your current number so your phone number remains the same. There is an initial $10 fee for doing that. Or you can pick a vanity number.....very difficult to find something you want that is available. I've been told that 911 access is based on the address you have registered and not the phone number location you are given. Most phone number extensions available to choose from are in locations 2 hours from where I live. Overall for the price, the magic jack works great. Have not had any problems.

Wonderful product. I am very pleased. I don't pay for phone calls because it's all free. Just buy the device and hook it up to your modem and start making calls after you register it.

It was easy and simple to set up. It saves me aot of money on my phone bill.

Wanted to get a version that did not require a computer. Easy to install and operate. Highly recommended if you want to avoid a landline

Bought it at Best Buy Online. Set it up in Texas which was very easy to do in minutes. Took it to Japan and hooked it up in my sons apartment and it works great.

The was a gift for a family member. I have used a Magicjack for years and it works great. The price is very good for the service.

Good system after I realized you are better off not using my computer as a power source and plug it into a wall outlet. When using the computer for power when it shuts down, your phone stops working and have to reboot the phone to get it to work, where as if you use a wall outlet and your electricity goes out and comes back on it reboots it self automatically . Therefor you are not without a phone, till you get around to turn on your computer and go through setting up the magic jack again. . Note: My computer goes to sleep automatically at night. So no phone all night.

Magic Jack is a great way to get local and long distance phone service at a very reasonable price.

Very easy to setup. It works great. I have problem with cell service in my rural area so this has been great and it is so cheap. Very pleased. Would advise anyone to purchase.

Such a great value. Not perfect but the benefits out weigh the benefits.

The Magic Jack is a good, cheap alternative to the phone line. You get your money back within two months, getting one year of service for the price of one month of (name your old provider). It is easy to install. Unfortunately, when you unplug it or turn off your computer, it takes a while to reinitialize. Also, at times, there is a strong echo or a buzzing sound that makes the call difficult and you need to dial back in or use your cell for better reception.

I can now make clear calls back to the US and when home anywhere in the states without a monthly charge like the other providers.

MagicJack works great. Sometimes I'm not sure due to the Internet connection the line would not work however quickly resolved when plugged in and out. After three months of having magicJack this has not happened again. I love my magicJack. It's cheaper than the phone company or cable company altogether!

Best alternative to a land line. The price of one month of a land line.

Forget having to pay for a monthly phone bill. Magic jack gets rid of that and since all phones are now VoIP this device fits perfectly and it is way cheaper. Simply amazing.

My cable company charged $30 plus per month for me to connect my phone system. With a $60 purchase from Magic Jack I could replace that service completely for $35 per year Setup was very easy, plug into power and my network switch. I ported and kept my number and can forward the incoming calls to my cell when I am away. Only minor drawback is that the caller id does not show up on my TV, but no major loss.
