Put simply, this really works! The setup was absurdly simple and I even got a credit to port my existing number to Magic Jack so the whole thing was truly a bargain. Add to that a year of service that's included in the purchase price and this is a deal that can't be beat. Go Magic!

My printer has fax capability, but you need a telephone line. I gave up my land line and only use a cell phone. The Magic Jack was the answer. I now have an extra phone line and can use it for sending faxes when needed. Works great! Good customer service to help set it up when needed.

You can't beat it for the price. No more paying Verizon $55 a month.

When I bought this it was easy enough to set up and the customer service from Magic Jack was super and 5 Stars. They have come a long way. The Magic Jack module works great and has superb clarity than my cell phone. When I'm woking from home, I use it for my conference calls without any interference. It also comes with lots of great features like 12 months of free service, caller id, free conference number, call and message forwarding. I will recommend to friends and relatives any day.

As a new self-employed business owner, great to be able to take my office line everywhere I go and the connection is also clear, even with WiFi signal is not the best!

Works well with good Internet but background noise can be heard at times or it cuts out but overall for the price you really can't beat it.

This is certainly a good product, easy to install and performing as advertised, except for other party not able to hear form time to time.

I plugged our Magic jack into my laptop and within minutes it was registered and ready to go! We are snow birds and travel from New Hampshire to Florida and back. When we arrive, we just plug the magic jack into our router and the base phone unit (we have a router and phones in each home). All we need is the one phone number with the magic Jack. It works great!

Voice quality is less than a land line phone. I did notice that it slows my internet speed somewhat. For the price of service its not bad.

Good quality sound. My noob parents were able to set it up, so props for ease of use.

Magic Jack is easy to install, setup, and use. And great price! I would recommend it!
