No doubts this is a money safer device.I've been using it since they've first showed up on the market!!! Always buying the updated version!!!

There were some initial issues in trying to establish internet connection, but after connecting directly to the modem it worked fine.

Quality of sound is good. I had the older MagicJack and it died, so I purchased this one. Hope it lasts longer than the first one.

Works well but occasionally requires a reboot. Not a big deal except when I'm out of town.

I bought this to talk to my parents in India. It is awesome and like HD calling over very slow internet speeds. I would definetly recommend this to my friends

The MagicJack was east to set up and is going to save us a bundle in the long run! It has been in use for about a month so far and there has been no problems. We even switched our old number over easily. During that time period we couldn’t recieve home calls but it was a shorter period of time than projected by MagicJack.

Useful but when it doesn't work, you can't get a real person to talk about the problem or ask for a refund. It's the worst customer service. I think they hide theirselves to avoid contact with customers. I paid for two devices that don't work no more. How can I transfer the money I'm not using to my new device or my cell application?

An alternative for those high cost phone lines. It’s crystal clear and can save you a lot.

Easy to install and obtain service. Has been in use for 8 months with great service. Only drawback is the solicitation calls again.

Excellent product for the value, few issues would be faulty adapter. I have had to change it out twice in one year. MagicJack customer support (via chat only) can be very helpful and supportive. The one problem with that, you could get bounced around, be prepared and pack your patience.

not as full featured as other voip services but for 20 bucks for a year cant beat it for a land line phone
