Went into BBuy to pickup a Comcast modem with telephony jack and walked out with this replacement. Did not come with proper instructions on how to activate/setup so had to find it online. Once found it was pretty easy. Most oft the calls are clear but sometimes I have dropouts. To reduce dropouts I had to activate QOS which I am not a fan of. Volume could be louder but apart from that I am OK with the purchase.

The Majic Jack Pro is easy to hookup. if you want to keep your phone number do not disconnect your services from your phone company until Magic Jack is services are transferred. I've already recommended this service to other. I plan on getting a surge protector/battery back up for my router/modem and Magic Jack for power outages.

Bought and installed this for my parents in under 10 minutes. Can't believe the call quality. 5 stars for sure!!

I had been charged so much for telephone service since activation, then my boyfriend & family suggested for me to get MagicJack. I made the purchase online and picked up at my local Best Buy. The purchase online was fairly easy, and the pickup was even easier, it didn't take me more than 5 mins. I strongly recommend not only this product because of its inexpensive service and awesome deals but also Best Buy's online store; I'm very happy to have made this purchase!

We did not use the land line that much so the magic jack has worked well for us in cutting cost.

We had a bundled plan which included home phone service. Switching to magic jack reduced our monthly bill by $20. The magic jack was easy to connect and set up and we have not had any problems with voice quality. We connected our fax machine to the magic jack using a DSL filter and that is working fine also. We did pay a one time fee to import our existing landline number during the initial set-up. There was about a 10 day wait period for that transfer to complete, but we did not want to lose our current number. Not sure if there is a way around that fee or not. We have a multi handset phone system connected and all handsets work great. We chose to use the answering machine built into our phone system. Magic Jack does have it’s own voice mail system, but there is an option to turn that off in your online Magic Jack account. We were not quite ready to ditch our landline all together, so this was an easy money saving solution for us.

i love that we have a house line! i feel more secure, we can call long distance and this method is so cheap!

Have been a magicjack customer for years and just upgraded from MJPlus to Magic Jack Go... very easy to install, calls are crystal clear, savings over regular phone bills are the best! I would highly recommend Magic Jack to anyone needing a landline.

just plug it into a modem and your land line phone and it works off your wifi. my brother is able to take his phone and the Magic Jack to my house, plug it into my modem and it works great! a land line you can take with you. great product!
