This works really well. I was able to get rid of my house line and save a bunch of money each month.

The Majic Jack Pro is easy to hookup. if you want to keep your phone number do not disconnect your services from your phone company until Magic Jack is services are transferred. I've already recommended this service to other. I plan on getting a surge protector/battery back up for my router/modem and Magic Jack for power outages.

I had been charged so much for telephone service since activation, then my boyfriend & family suggested for me to get MagicJack. I made the purchase online and picked up at my local Best Buy. The purchase online was fairly easy, and the pickup was even easier, it didn't take me more than 5 mins. I strongly recommend not only this product because of its inexpensive service and awesome deals but also Best Buy's online store; I'm very happy to have made this purchase!

We had a bundled plan which included home phone service. Switching to magic jack reduced our monthly bill by $20. The magic jack was easy to connect and set up and we have not had any problems with voice quality. We connected our fax machine to the magic jack using a DSL filter and that is working fine also. We did pay a one time fee to import our existing landline number during the initial set-up. There was about a 10 day wait period for that transfer to complete, but we did not want to lose our current number. Not sure if there is a way around that fee or not. We have a multi handset phone system connected and all handsets work great. We chose to use the answering machine built into our phone system. Magic Jack does have it’s own voice mail system, but there is an option to turn that off in your online Magic Jack account. We were not quite ready to ditch our landline all together, so this was an easy money saving solution for us.

it is a great device. It is easy to connect and setup is very simple.
