The product is simple and works as advertised. Well worth the cost.

It´s the cheapest way to make and receive international calls. With one anual payment both sides will use their home or cell phones and there won´t be any extra charges for the calls. It is very easy to install. The only problem is that sometimes you cannot listen clearly to the other person.

My land line was costing me almost $30 per month. For aprox. $50 I purchased this item and with it I get 12 months of service after which it will cost me $35 per year. The only drawback is I have to leave my modem and router on all the time which, I understand, many people already do.

Got rid of my landline and went to MagicJack. Overall, very happy with it. Works very well...needs to be rebooted periodically, but not a big issue. Ended up getting a couple more as gifts. Love having that extra money for things more fun than a phone!

I got tired of paying the phone company $40 a month for a digital line, so I purchased this device for a lot less and I can’t be any happier. It works perfectly and was easy to setup. The sound quality is excellent. I love it.

This is a good phone service for the price you pay. Including the fee for porting your number you get to pay an average of only $5 per month. What’s not explicitly described is how they restrict dialing into pay-per-minute numbers. In other words you cannot dial into a webex conference unless you have a toll free number access, or you are willing to pay more for international calling through a different provider (example, Reliance Global calling charges you only $7 for 600 minutes of calling to specific countries, only if you use their pay-per-minute number, but with magicJack you cannot benefit out of the low pricing. Seems like magicJack forces you to use their international prepaid calling cards that are more expensive)

I bought one and it worked as described. I even bought another for a family member.

Great product to use overseas...I can talk with family everyday!
