works as good as any premium service

Just bought this one for my daughter and she is very pleased with it. Only problem is no area code for NH. Not a problem as there are no long distance charges.

Cheap home phone

I have been using these for years just as a backup phone, the last one finally stopped working so I updated to the newer style.

Great Alternative Phone for the Price!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would have given the product 5 starts but two things would not allow me to do so... both apply to the smart phone app. 1) Be aware that you can send and receive basic SMS text messages through your Magic Jack phone line using the Smart phone / Tablet app but you cannot send or receive MMS text messages (Pictures/videos). 2) I most likely need to set some sort of QoS on my router for Magic Jack but outside of the box plug n play can give a horrible echo to the person you are on the phone with while using the app. If either of those things change I'll come back and update the review! Outside of those two things, I love the MagicJack service and it works great with home phones! You really can't beat the yearly cost!

Magic Jack

Followed the instruction to set it up and I was done. So simple and easy. The quality of the phone calls is the same as what I was getting from Comcast and way cheaper.
