Easy set up. Works as it should the only thing that needs work is caller id sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

Replaced a failed device and still ahead in the savings. Worked as expected.

The Magic jack is the best for free calls! In the USA or Canada

This worked seamlessly. In unplugged my Panasonic base station that has 4 remote handsets and plugged it into the activated MagicJack and it worked seamlessly. A really nice feature is the ability to have the MJ company screen calls with "thanks for calling MJ customer, please enter a ***." It picks a random number. If not entered, it won't forward the call to my answering message. This cuts out robo and spam calls. The audio is great. I have not had a dropped call inbound or outbound. The only nit is the soft phone version for windows - the user interface is a bit small as it is not scaling to a high resolution display. Otherwise, great VOIP solution. I have two numbers ported, one app on my phone, other on my bride's phone. (the app only supports one device).

This version is the best one yet. Plug into your router and it is ready to go.

This took literally minutes to set up. No instead of paying $15 a month for home service (that I barely need), I'm paying less than $5 a month. And if I renew with the 5-year option, i twill be $2 a month. Can't beat that, and the phone quality is just as good as with AT&T--you cannot tell the difference.

Definitely I will recommend this magic jack to any body out there wishing to safe big time money. Easy installation in least than 10 minutes you have you phone and new number up and running. Thanks to magic jack.

Purchased this to use in india on my travel, it works perfectly fine, free calls to U.S & canada. it just needs the wifi to connect, setup was just easy. easily, recommend anyone whoz travelling abroad to use it.
