Great internet service helps produce quality calls

We have a home outside of the USA and it is so conviennt to be able to pick up the phone to call any number back in the States be it business or personal. And they are able to call our magic jack as well. What could be nicer?

After reviewing both positive and negative reviews, I took a chance and bought it. This turned into an amazing investment that I wish I had tried sooner. The quality of the phone service is great and only had a few issues where some family could not initially call me. After resetting the Magicjack it worked as intended.

Good product; have used for five years. Highly recommend it. Some difficulty with customer service and getting new product installed but managed to work through that.

Now in days home phones are only for telemarketers to bug you but with a magic jack no telemarketers bug you and it's there in case you need it

So easy to set up. Runs cooler than past units! This is my third and with good internet flawless performance with voice mail and texting to cell devices! Free is better but this is close.

Easy installation and set up. Affordable. Links to your cell phone through call forwarding or an app. You can receive voicemails via email if you are away from the phone

I had no problem connecting the magic jack and Im not very tech savey. The sound quality is just as good as ATT. I do have a couple issues. First off my phone rings off the hook with telemarketers now. Im on do not call list and I tell this to all callers so hopefully call swill slow down. I don't know if its due to magic jack but the calls started almost immediately after hook up. Also 411 is a real pain...they try to sell you a service ex dish network ect with every call. Most times I don't get the number I need either. As far as making long distance and local calls though I wish I had cut the phone companies cord along time ago though.

I was tired of paying Spectrum almost $100 per month on their bundle package. Was recommend by friend to get this.. Believe me it's the best decision I have made.Bonus from this purchase is that it includes 1 YEAR of service. The only draw back would be that you have to pay an additional $20 to port your number from your carrier and that takes possibly Ten business days. I went with new number instead. Price matched online competitor and used $10 gift card.. Total was like $22. No phone bill until 2019 renewal. Please note you require home internet. Also you can download and Magic Jack App to use on your IOS or Android. Thank you Best Buy and Magic Jack.

magic Jack is easy to use for everibody, cheaper to buy and you can use an any place, even in your Tablet or pc.

This is my 4th purchase of a Magic Jack, this time for my wife's parents. Easy setup, great features and awesome annual price for full phone service. Porting numbers from a conventional land line is a snap.

Magic Jack is very cheap way for home phone highly recommend

Love being able to keep current number and transferring home number to my cell. The only problem I had was the magic jack could not be used with my current OS. I had to dig out an old laptop to use last OS. Contacted Magic Jack and third customer service didn't know when this would be fixed.

Excellent device to make calls from anywhere in the WORLD

Paid for itself in 1 months compare to at&t home phone service. Sound quality is good, can’t tell difference from landline. Also log in from iOS app and make call from overseas without any problems

This is an excellent product. I 'm using it while vacationing in a home with Internet service but no landline. Don't waste your time. The instructions are mostly incorrect and so are useless. However, the customer support was very good unlike my experience two years ago. I'm considering using MagicJack at home and cancelling my landline.

I love my new service with magic jack. It works perfectly find, so far I don't have any compalints about it. There is no way I'm going back to another service. I don't have to worry about monthly payments anymore yaayy!
