Bought this and set it up is superb easy. Sent it to my family out of country and they hook it up via Ethernet cable. Then boom! We can talk anytime with them in crystal clear voice. I recommend having a good internet speed for best result.

I already owned a MajicJack PLUS. It worked well for 5 years. After it broke, I purchased the new version of it. It was very easy to setup and it works great. No issues so far.

I bought the MagicJack solely as a 2nd line for my business and also to send/receive faxes. I know there was concern about faxing not being supported, but I've not had any issues. I have mine plugged into the Ethernet not USB via computer.

I had terrible in NW Bradenton from Verizon cell phone so i ported that number to MagicJack. For $35 a year this provides great value and service.
I used an old number from my previous home that I wanted to keep but was tired of paying cell phone rates with terrible signal strength. So using this device I can keep a number from many years with little expense. AND when I use the phone it works great.
Now just get ride of all the credit card and warranty calls!
I renewed the service for an additional 3 years for around $100 so I continue to be satisfied!

Magic Jack works well for eliminating the costly phone company/cable company for home phone. I still have a landline at home because I use it mainly to call family/friends instead of my cell phone. Works well, does digitize a little occasionally but not a nuisance.

Have been using this for a couple years and has served well. Magic jack service by itself is not 100% reliable. But you get what you pay for...
Magic jack will not allow you to call some random numbers like conference call numbers for no reason. They say that they can fix it if we call them with the number that has the issue. But who has time to call every now and then to fix every number.
Good if you are using this as an additional line.

Decided to give Magic Jack a try when my Vonage modem crashed. I had hesitant at first but am extremely glad I made the switch. Extemely easy to set up. Took me less than 5 minutes to set up. Sounds quality is ok, not great, BUT I don't use the house phone very often so for the price is great!!

Got Magic Jack as part of kicking cable to the curb and cutting the cord! This was a great purchase. Was cheaper at Best Buy than buying directly from the company due to shipping. Had it connected initially to my computer, but was having some issues with my phone not ringing when someone called, so I called Magic Jack. They suggested that I connect with the ethernet cable directly to my router, which I did. Very simple fix, and now everything works great! I will be ahead financially within 2 to 3 months. When it's time to renew a year from now, I will get the 3 year agreement and save even more.

We had our existing phone number imported. It took about four days but everything works great. We were able to make out going calls but could not receive incoming calls until our phone number was imported. If you use one of their phone numbers you can use it right away.

I'm never home, so why pay $25 - $30 a month for home landline. MagicJack is a great for people I don't want to give my cell#. I get my messages on my email it's great. Would recommend this item.

Easy to plug up. Works just as good as Comcast phone. Saves a lot of money. You basically pay one month of service(Comcast price) and get the other 11 months free.
