The setup was quick and easy - including picking a phone number. I am traveling internationally now and have been using it over WiFi to make calls to US phone numbers. The call quality is good as long as you have a good WiFi connection.

What a savings. Every now and then it will break up a little. Well worth the money over all

This is my second MagicJack. The first one I bought and installed for my Dad as his long distant line. Now I dump my high cost home phone line, and switch to this $35/year MJ. It costs $20 extra to port my current phone number to MJ. I believe this is a one time cost. Happy.

Needed it to cut ties with my cable provider. Been tied up with their bundle for so many years.

Bought this basically for a backup phone line in case my cell phones went out. So far so good although I haven't used it too much but the calls are clear & seem to be much better customer service than the company had in the past.

Upgraded to magic jack go had the magic jack plus for about 5 years. Love love love it!!! It is so great to have this as a cheap and easy alternative way to keep a landline so you don't have to give out your cellphone number to everyone. This is so easy to install. Definitely worth it!!!

Product easy to set up. I suggest starting it plugged to your computer, and then stand alone in your network. Took a long time to stabilize.

I was very skeptical about buying this for my office, but it was only $30 so I didn't have a lit to lose. I was thrill to get the device setup with no issues and I don't have a phone bill. I highly recommend this product if you need an occasional land line.

Price is reasonable. Quality of calls are not the best.

This magic jack has proven to be a very efficient tool to communicate with my family and friends that are abroad. A family member that purchased this device from Best Buy and was very pleased with the performance recommended it to me. I purchased it and it has proven to be an excellent choice.

With home phones going out, it is nice to have low cost home service

I got tired of paying over 40 dollars a month for phone service so I tried MagicJack. 100% satisfied! We only use the cordless phones around our house (We have 3) All I can say is it works. Clear calls / Never had a disconnect / Also with my new number NO More phone solicitors!

The magic jack came in real handy when my cell phone port wouldnt charge. My phone often died on had to use bluetooth charger. It was a very economical way to have a backup[ phone line for an extremely good price for the year.

I purchased magicjack to stop paying the cable company for phone service. The quality seems good so far.

I have owned Magic Jack products since they came on the market, and compared to others that offer similar products, MagicJack seems superior to them. This is about the 5tth one I have purchased, as I keep upgrading them as they get more technically advanced, as well as gifting them to others. I have two of them hooked to my router, and one serves as a fax line. I have super high speed Internet, so I have seldom had a problem with them. If ever in the past I had an issue, it is refreshing to know that I can just pick up the phone and dial technical support and voila, the issue resolved. I once took one out of the country, and hooked it to my laptop and phone at the hotel, and never missed a beat. Friends and relatives could reach me without issues, as well as me being able to reach family and friends without extra charges. It's like magic..... For the price, it can't be beat for all of the features Magic Jack offers.

Love magicjack since ATT raised basic phone line to $40 . this price point is perfect paid $35 for entire year of service and no contracts. getting to use as a fax to email line .. wish me luck.

I’ve been using MagicJack for 6 years and have been VERY happy with it. This one was to set-up a family member in order to reduce their phone bill. Worked as expected and was very happy I was able to port the phone number over to the MagicJack.
