I bought this product because I took away my son's cell phone and needed a land line so that he could still stay in touch with me while at home. It works absolutely perfect! I should have bought one a long time ago. Great price and very easy to set up.

No call dropping and working great within states. Would continue services and recommend strongly. GET RID OFF STUPID SPECTRUM WHO CHARGES SO MUCH - I GET RID OFF CABLE AND PHONE, JUST USING THEIR INTERNET AND WILL BE DC AS SOON AS ATT AVAILABLE.

Good product but designed to last no more than a couple of years

Decided to dump the land line, but wanted to keep the number and still have a home phone option. This is it. When my power goes out the voicemail still takes messages, and I get them via email !!! I do like to use my traditional answering machine and can. Plus, If I have wi-fi or opt to use data, I can have calls forwarded from the home number to my cell. ~ all features that I didnt have or paid extra for. Alot less expensive too! (You may get more spam calling as there is not a block caller option ~but report them to the DONOTCALL.gov and help get them fined and stopped).

It's hard to hear people on the phone when majicjack is connected to computer. Had to connect to electrical outlet, then worked fine. Can't get voicemail to work. Customer support site is always down and/or try again later.

Easy to install and customer service is good if you have any questions or problems.

I bought this for my home office, it works great. It was also very simply to setup. The only issue I have is a few conference lines that I've tried to call have been rejected by MagicJack due to the first 3 numbers.

i love it because is one pay for a year and my family love it too

We have this just in case and emergency arises in the house and for quick conversations. So much cheaper then the cable companies.

i like it a lot it works well and it's a lot cheaper than service from phone company

My mother does not understand cell phones. Magic Jack is the way to go for me. Home phone line. East instructions to install. I have four phone in my home it works great. Love Magic Jack and it’s very inexpensive.

Finally ditched home phone service with ATT. Ph number transferred to my MJ within a day. Quick and easy setup. Able to use my existing phone answering machine. Haven't noticed any difference except no more monthly phone bill.

One cannot go wrong with a maid Jack . I use it to call friends

I cut back on my cable, keeping only the internet, and basic channels. I wanted to keep a land line, but cut that cost too. Magic jack is the perfect answer...it was simple to install, I ported over my home telephone number, easy to do too. Now I have Magic jack phone service.... I cannot tell any difference in the phone service from when it was with Comcast...it will only $23.00 per year! Happy Magic Jack consumer.....

Magic Jack phone service works well. I have had no problems. It seems better/ more clear than Cox phone service. I do wonder if Ooma is as good or better.

I can't praise MagicJack enough! Perfect way to have a home phone service! I have even taken it onboard a cruise ship and have home phone service while on the ocean! You can't go wrong!

Good way to stay connected with family overseas if they need to call.

This product gives you free local and long distance calling. You also get free calls for 12 months after you install it. After the 12 months you pay a low fee once every year. I have had it for 3 years and I love it!

Waited for a long time on whether to get a magic jack, and finally made the move. phone quality is much better than some other reviews i've read,which made the device doubtful. Now that I have it, am very happy with it.
