Bought this for my elderly mom who had a spotty cell phone signal at home and this device works great. You can’t beat it for the price and a year’s worth of service!

Great way to add a phone line for not much money. Can forward it to another number very easily. Wish there were more thorough instructions on the features though.

Good call quality. Purchased to reduce our landline telephone costs and it works fine, including with our older answering system.

Can't beat the price! $35 for a year of landline phone service. Should have done this sooner rather than giving the cable company $20 per month. And the quality is good too.

The Magic Jack was easy to set up and we were able to keep our old number. So far it's working great and I'm looking forward to not paying for monthly home phone service!

I've used MJ for years and very reliable service. However, if you do have a problem call me :) They only have chat available. The odds of having a problem are slim though.

Sound quality is better than my land line. I should say former land line. Saving about $450 a year. Use it for business which includes national and international calls. What's not to like.

Easy to install. Good instructions. MagicJack provides a year of unlimited USA and Candad calls. Local cable company had no landline numbers and I'm glad - MagicJack is a much better deal!

Purchased this for my mother to reduce her budget. Internet phone service had been great so far. No interruptions in her service, no problem receiving or making calls

MagicJack is easy to install and works perfectly. Wish they did not charge to port your number and to change numbers. Only surprise is 911 service is not included in the annual fee.

better to make calls, but not to receive them. For some reason, my phone would not ring and it would go straight to MJ's voicemail. Not my answering machine. Also, for some reason, it would not receive calls from 800 numbers. I was having problem with Comcast (TV issues) and overtime they would call my home number they would get a busy signal while my phone never rang....

It a very good divise. It works great, you will not fine anything like this at this price. The Quality of the calls is amazing. This is my second magicJack.

Needed a land-line phone in a hurry! Got Magic Jack and a handset for less than $30.00. We had service and a phone number in less than 30 minutes from the time of purchase!

I was looking for just a basic home phone service and this fit the bill perfect. It has been very reliable and I havent had any issues with it yet.

It was easy to set up per the instructions. My only complaint is that there is a lot of background noise. It is not "crystal clear" as the box states. My recommendation to a friend would come with some reservations.
