Does the same thing as the cable companies at a fraction of the price. The app features alone are worth the switch.

I had a difficult situation when ATT refused to port my number which had been in use by my company for over 20 years. My clients were familiar with my number and I did not want to risk losing some by the change of number. ATT told me they would forward the number but lied and then said that they could not therefore I did not switch to them. Magic Jack ported my number within 2 days. I received 1 year free service with the purchase of this product. All I had to do was connect to my network thru an ethernet port and I was set.

Great product to save lot of money on international phone calls

I use the MagicJack when traveling overseas with my laptop PC. It works flawlessly and allows me to phone back to the US for no additional charges.

We use the magicjack to replace the landline for a fraction of the cost. Wired into home phone lines and all phones work as if land line.

I bought the magic Jack for my 11 year old to have a house phone. It has been good, even comes with answering machine capabilities! Only complaint is that there are times when the reception isn’t great and can sound a bit spotty. Also, initially setting it up was confusing and there is no customer service number. It took us 2 weeks to figure it out!

Excelente and reliable product it saves you money besides you don’t really need a lane line these days

The set up was super easy and it is really easy to keep the extra phone line costs down, plus there is also an app to use your phone on the go!

I like the product and was able to make calls. I just don't like that you have to have it plugged into a computer to be able to make calls.

So of the neat features that i like personally: you could just plug the unit to your laptop and make calls right away, in addition, you could get magicjack app on your smart phone and make free calls. 1 year of free service is included in the price. how could you go wrong?! Works rather well. Was able to get a number easily and connected rather quickly. Only requirement for it to work is it must be connected to a wifi.

Easy hook up I did the Ethernet connection as it was recommended by many people. I also used a splitter and hooked up my FAX machine too.

Easy to install, register, and acquire phone number using PC. The MJ app needs some finer touch. Call quality depends on caller's internet service.
