Setup was easy & I have been happy with the service since switching. I would do it again. 2 little additional tidbits of info; you have to dial the area code for all calls & you may need to pay local 911 fee. I am saving 90$ a year!

Well at first I didn't like the magic jack because it did not work the way I expected. Then I called customer service and they helped me out a lot. I did not want it plugged into my computer all the time, then you can't cut your computer off. They then helped me with my router and plugged into the wall or socket. It works great now, Just have to dail 1 and the area code on all numbers you want to call. But I can get use to that for the price. Thank you

This is the best magic jack ever! It is easier to install than the previous version and the call quality is crystal clear.

Awesome product. Recently cancelled my landline phone and saved a bundle using this product. If I had knew about MagicJack sooner, I wouldn't have thrown away all that good money over the years by having a landline phone.

I ported my cable company phone to magicjack go and the service has worked out quite well. We have some minor noise sometimes or quiet gaps while using it, but no difference than our cell service. I still am saving quite a bit of money each month for home phone service. Our cable company kept going up and the tax on tax was out of hand. So my vote is the greatest saving using magicjack go.

We had been trying to decide if we were going to keep our home phone since we hardly use it, but some family and friends use it to reach us. We found this to be a great option. There is not a huge cost and we were able to port our number. Works as well as cable company VoIP.

My grandfather wanted to retain his home phone number and reduce his costs when changing cable/internet/phone provider. I bought this device, registered his device and transferred his number online and connected it within 20 minutes. The call quality is great and this was a perfect fit for the need. Note: it is $10 extra and takes 5-10 business days to transfer an existing number.

This was a great purchase for us! We wanted a home phone for the kids but don't use it too often. So this made economical sense for us. Crystal clear service and easy set-up!

Have been using the product for about 2 weeks. For the price that I paid for the device, I am very pleased with the performance. Device was easy to install, just plugged into an electrical outlet and connected it to my router. I signed up online and paid $20 to keep my current land line number. The sound quality is fine, much better than a cell phone. The device doesn't work as well with my wireless phone set answering machine as my previous Comcast VOIP service. It records messages but when someone hangs up without leaving a message, I hear a busy signal from the base speaker. Not a big deal for the cost of the service. I paid more than $40 a month for the Comcast Service. I'm paying $35 dollars/year for the MagicJack. I just want the ability to call from a land line with caller ID & long distance included. I don't use three way calling or conference calling.

I bought one several years ago and took them up on their five year service plan. It worked fine until a few months ago, when it started getting noisey. My plan ran out this month and a new device with 1 year service cost the same as a new one year service. I bought a new one and had no problem getting it set up in place of the old one with one year NEW service. The noise is gone and it works just like the old one.GREAT

Easy to install.you don't need to pay too much money to make a call even international call.

At first I was skeptical about purchasing this device but after I started using I haven't found any reason not to like it. It works better than advertised.

this was very easy to install and import my current phone number. I am disappointed that it recognizes conference numbers and will not let me dial them, not sure what that is all about but magicJack charges you for conference numbers. This will not work for my work purposes.
