I got this for my mom. She wanted a landline without the expensive service. Works great for $29/yaer

The previous version of this item was horrible. This version makes all my calls sound crystal clear.

It works well for the price, the app has to be up at all times on the computer to work.

Was easy to use and set up with or without computer but must have modem, flexible set up options.

Wasn't as simple as plug and play. I was not able to get through the set up. Had to contact customer service and spoke to a guy who I had difficulty understanding. Then found out I needed to online chat with their tech support. Once I got through that and he downloaded an update to the firmware it worked. Have had no issues since and call clarity is very good. Well worth the price.

the magic jack is a great investment to help you save a lot of money from an AT&T landline phone bill.

When Frontier continued to interrupt our household phone, the Magic Jack was our alternate life line to the house.

This is by far the best product for VOIP phone out there. I am using it for my home, office and I recommend it highly.

This Magicjack product is a cheap and great alternative to phone service when living in an area with weak cell phone signals. It gives peace of mind knowing that the address is already provided to emergency services if a call to 911 is necessary. It's also possible to use it with a fax machine. I've also been able to use the app on my cellphone when travelling internationally and make free calls when connected to a Wifi network.

It works perfectly. So far I have no issues or slowliness.
