    As usual this product works flawlessly. One of the few certain things in an uncertain world, lol. For a few extra pesos you can get 5 years of service instead of just one year which is included in purchase.

    Unlike it says, it will not connect and work directly plugged in to a wall. It will only work when plugged in to a PC and that PC has to be turned ON. If the power flickers, you have to wait for the pc to load, then launch the app, wait about five minutes-and then your phone will work. It is a waste of money.

    Magic Jack promises more than it delivers, basically in the audio quality area where it often cuts off or sounds distorted, a long way from being crystal clear. If you're willing to live with its shortcomings it can save you a lot on international calls.
