I bought this for my sister. It works as advertised and the voice quality is great but it's lacking in features. I didn't realize there was no call blocking feature until the IRS scam calls started happening every few minutes.

I bought this Magic Jack to eliminate my voice service from my cable company and save some cash. It turns out the yearly cost for this device is the same as my monthly cost was to my cable company. Do yourself a favor and do what I should have dome years ago.

Bought this for a family that has only cell phones. They needed an inexpensive solution for dead cells. This has worked well but still leery because of reviews I read after the purchase. Might just buy a new system every year rather than go through horrific sounding customer service.

This is great device for home phone and I can take it with anywhere that I go. its sound clearly but has some noise or static when under thunderstorm situation. I already save some money when switching to use magic Jack . the only thing is that bother me is every call that make must to dial area code even local call.

Product works as expected. Customer service is online only via chat. It’s not the most convenient way to get assistance. You also have to pay an additional fee to have 911 service. We’ve only had the service for about a month. So far we don’t have complaints.

Took some configuration to get it to work and had to add open a port in my router. Instructions didn't tell me that but once I did it it worked right away.

It still works out as the most cost efficient solution. Even though it comes with 1 year of service included, you have to buy more at registration. Then a few other taxes. Don't get me wrong, service is good, MUCH cheaper that a traditional land line or other VOIP options.

It was a seamless install. The porting of the number only took four days. There were a couple of unexpected charges for porting and 911 annual fee but it is a great savings over a standard landline.
