In my opinion, MagicJack lost it's competitive edge by not innovating, but I use it on my desk phone when I know I'm going to be put on hold for a long time.

Magic Jack works great for a home phone service. Aside from occasional solicitation calls, we get great reception and like having a home phone again. Can't beat the price!

It work very good but i had to return it because i could not make phone calls internationally unless i used there program and rate were higher. i would recommend for persons that don't need to call international

By far the last expensive solution to having the equivalent of a "land line" in your home, and it actually works!

What's not to love about a $20.00 per YEAR phone bill. No problems with the product except it's not possible to get rid of call-waiting whether you want it or not. Maybe the next generation of the product will take care of that problem.

I love the fact that this is even an option. With the magic jack my husband can use the phone number as his business contact without giving out his personal number and able to still use his cell phone. Thank you!

This little gadget saved me a lot of money on my phone bill. I don't have a landline that I pay almost $40 a month. With this gadget I'm able to receive calls even on my cell phone and able to use this for my fax machine.

Got this to replace my old MagicJack adapter which suddenly stopped working. Magicjack offered a warranty replacement for a price, but please remember this, buying a new one comes out cheaper when you factor in the FREE 12 months of service.

All was good. YOu need to pay additional to keep your old number, but this should save significantly.

Discontinued use of the land line. Did not know the computer turn on screen would show the keypad to the phone everytime I logged in. My son set it up. In hindsite I would just have my cell phone and not have spent the money

Having used original Magic Jack, then Magic Jack Plus, this newest model seem to offer more convenience like being able to access Magic Jack via smart phone app. So far, happy with product....working well!

The Magic Jack just did not provide us a phone line, but now also a fax. If you get a two prong phone attachment, you can also use the Magic Jack to have a fax line. We are very happy because we needed to keep our cost down.

It's good, it works, the store associates were no help in my decision, it was worth it because it was on sale

Had MagicJack for years. Works great without worrying about minutes on my cell. Used old land line phone and connection was easy. Newer model didn't connect the same but support was able to help me with the setup.

Use this to forward my calls to an answering service while reserving my number. Works well for making an receiving calls also.

Much better than the original magic jack where it required an actual computer to use. Love how these new ones allow you to directly plug it into a phone without the need for a computer. Option for a computer is still available.

this is the second Magic Jack we have bought. It is being used as a second line for work instead of using my personal number. So far it has worked at expected.

Product is easy to activate. Savings is over $70 a month. The magic jack and 1 year service is less than one month land line. The service is good quality. I don't notice any difference and we kept our number.

I send it to a friend and it is awesome, I would like to make it wireless to use in diferen place not to close from my desktop

Purchased this product to replace home landline, easy to set up and activate, call quality is average, the caller id does not support when you get a call on line 2, overall ok.
