great except when important calls that take forever to get through to the rite party and your on hold forever to straghten out things , the line drops dead and you have to start over. very frustrating !!!

I always had an MJ they really work and they save a lot of money each year to get great phone service without paying for it over VOIP like Xfinity every month but with MJ it's every year you only pay one time

WE were a little hesitant to go with this but everything has worked out about as good if not better than we hoped for. The service has been reliable and the features all work great so far. Set up was pretty fast and easy too.

Bought MagicJack for sole reason to port over a current phone number.After waiting over 30 days & chatting with support on 4 occasions, I received an email telling me the porting could not be done & my service was cancelled.Found out from the cable company that porting from one city to another was not possible.Don't no for sure if true.We ended up getting one of their numbers & it does work.

Smaller size than oma, but has most features needed such as simultaneously rings on cellphone. Convenient when you are out or loss electric you don’t miss a call. Also send Voicemails to email.

This would be better if you could block individual numbers from calling but by itself, it is a really solid voip product. runs without any hiccups

Device okay but need to replace every year due to hardware failure. Call quality is good.

I had to get my IT son to hook it up for me. We couldn't put it where we wanted. But it is working fine and I am saving money. Voices are a little quieter but we hear them fine.

The power unit included is not heavy enough to support more than one telephone. One needs to get a 2.3 amp power unit. Best Buy, Staples, about $7. It will do the trick.

To many dropped calls good clarity caller ID doesn't work it comes up the region not my name.

Works great..... I wish you didn't have to dial 1 and the area code for every single call including to make local calls.

What can I say? Can't beat it for the price. Only thing I don't like is just basic incoming caller ID. No option to update to caller ID with names.

I bought a new Dell pc with Windows 8.1. My old magic jack wasn't compatible. Had to upgrade to this model. Works well.

The service is pretty cheap, but MagicJack support is very bad and the price of renewing service could be lowered.

Because we use the home phone only as a convenience, not a necessity the Magic Jack is a perfect low cost option.

Tech support told me that my existing Magic Jack had failed and need to be replaced. So I purchased a new one from Best Buy only to find that there was nothing wrong with the old one. So I returned the new one.

We use our cell phones, therefore we didn't had a need for an home phone. With kids and some family members who don't own a cell we opted for magic jack. This device has been working like a charm ever since we bought it.

Love it..it replaced me having to pay for a service via my internet service. I love it so much that I pre-purchase 5 years in advance.

The magic jack adapter is very helpful to my efforts to keep in touch with family members in another country.
