I've wasted so much money with Verizon/cox home phone. While this Gem was sitting here. 30$ all set for the year. Instant connection, no problems.

Works but you need to call first if not they wont be able to call you. It happens with some numbers. But great for a business on the move

Magicjack does not have good customer service. If you have a problem renewing your service, you are pretty much left on your own.

This is a great device for those that want a home phone without paying the ridiculous costs charged by phone companies to have a line inside your home.

Good economical way to land base phone. Do experience some issue with call quality but ok most of the time.

The device works, but there is no support. Instructions claim existing device will have any unused time transferred from older device - not true Tech chat stalls, conveniently misunderstands and provides no help or solutions. Be aware that these folks send additional billings after activation. Not an honorable or trustworthy organizartion.

I was paying for phone $29.99 a month and replaced with majic jack which is $43 a year. I like that fact that I can fax with my majic jack.

Omg. Everyone has to know about this product. It's so cheap and better than paying a phone company tens and tens of dollars.

If you need a phone at home, this is simply the way to go. Quality is no different from a landline but you pay only a quarter of the amount. No brainer.

Magic Jack is the best phone service you can have. I use it exclusively for a fax machine and it works great.

Love the fact that you do not need a computer to connect this. Just straight to the router and a power source.

If you need a home phone (lan line) that couldn't be any cheaper... I recommend Magic Jack. Good, clear service for a phone line, without the cost.

Sometimes it works great. Sometimes not so great, but is a cheap easy solution. Worth it.

Needed for faxing....local store faxing cost $$$$$. Added bonus is a landline and cell phone with an app! Free calls to Canada!

I have used this product for many years with no problems. I became aware of upgrades to the product and decided to upgrade to the newer model.

Overall it's great. I do get a few drop calls and poor qualities occasionally...but over it's does the job.
