MagicJack is a great product.

I tried to resolve audio problems with the company and their customer service is useless in this aspect. I should have just returned it to Best Buy. When I finally purchased another one, all of my problems were resolved.

Does not work as advertised

When it was time to renew service I decided to upgrade to the new model. I should have not done that. The caller Id does not work properly and continues to beep on both sides of the phone call. Contacted Magic Jack customer service and until this day 3 months later they have not fixed the issue and they give me the same excuse that they are working on it. That is not acceptable when I have spent my money, 3 months? I would tell anyone going forward, don't waste your money. I use to tell people this product was good but not anymore.

Appliances Work As Expected

Everything works. Took three Refrigerators until I got one that worked. Took a month till they came back and installed the undercounter mount. All works, although the fridge is very noisy
