If you are having any internet connection issues, make sure that your router is in the same room as you play in and disable the two-band channels so you ensure the headset uses your 5gHz band!

The set uo is a bit wonky, took longer than it needed to to sync with my account on the app

Had to get help from IT tech to set up and try to learn how to use. have yet used game, as very frustrating to try to use because of lack of tech knowledge.
