Don't buy online - Big Hassle!

Hopeless online shopping experience. I got laptop which doesn't match order configuration and has been a big hassle to get support or return. The online and in-store staff keeps shifting the responsibility and blame to the other one. I will have to rethink online ordering from bestbuy. Will want to physically check the item before I pay next time onwards. Been a long-time Best-buy customer, but looks like quality has deteriorated. Would give zero stars if possible.
