So much lighter that your laptop. As time went on though you realized how limited you were with what you couldn't do? This this you you have the combination of the laptop with all the programs, files, etc, combined with the ease and comfort of the tablet. I take this everywhere and it is so convenient. I went with the 8 gig as the 4 gig will fill up too fast and be bogged down.
