I have owned the new surface pro for six months now and it has been worth every penny. If you are looking for a reliable and powerful laptop then this is a wonderful device.

Bought Surface computer, works great.

I broke the first one trying to replace the battery following utube, big mistake. Second fell onto tile floor and broke screen. I have made a oak frame for the new one until I find something better. Every thing said about in the promotional material was right.

Portable and flexible for an iPad substitute but also more complex for all work related needs. Has good user controls for families and face recognition. Screen resolution and touch responsiveness is good. Once you get passed some of the typical annoyances that come with Windows 10, and that not all apps are available through the Windows store, it's great to work with. Unfortunate the keyboard, mouse, stylist all are separate, but not a deal breaker.

My I-Pad is great but I needed something anout the same size to use when I had to have a Windows computer. At some point this will become my primary home PC coonected on a dock to multiple monitors. The Surface line from Series 4 on just works !
