Outstanding product! Microsoft has a winner with their Surface line. The functions and features of this tablet are endless. I have only begun to explore all of it's capabilities. So far, it has made my job easier while working in the field as a home/insurance inspector.

In general, I enjoyed the Surface Pro, I had a lot of battery life problems with this particular Model. It would take 24 hrs or more to fully charge and then would be completely empty before 3 hours of use. On standby, with no use for 3 days, the battery would be down to 10%. wish this model would have had a better battery.

Great for those who use public transportation daily for work and school. I used to carry a low power but heavy laptop until my backpack rips open again. So, I got this surface pro, never regret it.

I was torn between the surface pro and surface laptop, I ended getting this for my wife because she did not like what the surface laptop Alcantara fabric. I kind of wishes she pick the surface laptop because at times, it is very difficult to type on your "lap".

This new Surface is significantly improved from the previous edition. It is the ideal tablet for work travel and meetings. The only aspect of the new version I don't like is the facial recognition login which for whatever reason rarely is able to recognize me.

Got this mainly because I wanted a smaller, yet readable, computer for a family tree project . So far has worked well and is very convenient. Graphics are good. Sound is good. I am pleased.

First time I bought it, it had a manufacturer's defect in the screen. I exchanged it. The second product would not come out of sleep without pressing the power button at the same time as the volume to reset it. I exchanged it again. The third product works beautifully! Glad I gave it three tries because now I am happy.

Good unit in today's standards, pricing somewhat hirer than other comparable units.

Great for on the go employees who still need to be connected to the office.

we bought this surface pro for our daughter to use for school. whole process was very easy and price was same as everywhere else. made it a no brainer to use BB. purchased on line, picked it up and ready to go all in about an hours time!

We got this for our daughter to go to grad school because they said she needed a tablet type system. Looked at this and the iPad and our computer guy recommended this. So glad he did. Very stable and they had a good deal running at the time.

This was purchased as a gift for someone so I hope they like based on what people said seems like a good tablet.

Good Device but a bit over priced. The Keyboard does not fit Portfolio well.

Seems well built, she uses it constantly. Very versatile for art activities

Great Surface, but I recommend the i7. The performance is that noticeable.

The surface pro is a good laptop I liked it but I’m going for core i7

I Love and dont like this computer. I returned it once after battery proved to be 2-3 hours. (new one is 8) and the other reported problem persists and I am patiently waiting updates that are to fix this known problem, until my maximum return date: it shuts off randomly, sometimes 5 times in a day.

Easy to use and understand. Very lightweight and good for travel

I travel often, but also use this with dual monitors at my desk. Couldn't ask for a better computer for the road! Docking still has a few bugs to work out, but works the majority of the time (especially if I connect it before startup)
