Ouch! Never has their been such a villain as such as the dreaded hardwood floor...We're so glad you found your replacement in tip-top shape. If you're concerned about keeping your new Surface Pro safe from scratches and breaks, Best Buy has a variety of different protective screen covers, and cases to prevent this from happening in the future.

I think if I had been provided with some tutorials from the beginning, I wouldn't be so frustrated now. Every new process takes me hours because I have first to google "the how to"; then proceed almost by trial and error. When I asked for help at the store, the clerk simply told me to find tutorials online. I am enjoying the steps I've learned. I think it is a good product for someone who knows Microsoft products, but more beginning assistance should be provided, especially for the not-so-computer-literate.

Wanted a touch screen computer.
