    Love it... It is hard for me with my arthritis to hold on to a laptop this is small enough that'll turn into a tablet and is easily held. The picture is crisp and easy to use.

    It’s always so easy when I walk into Best Buy. I just tell the staff what I’m looking for, and they immediately help me find exactly what I need. The customer service team is always great! Thank you for having knowledgeable, friendly people available to assist in the store. If it weren’t for them, I might not feel confident buying electronics elsewhere. I shop at Best Buy because I know I’ll always get the help I need. Thank you!

    so far so good - I bought this as my travel companion - so to speak- to have a much smaller option as I work while traveling, as well as provide me with a bit of a "tablet" while traveling for streaming shows and movies.

    Loved my Microsoft Surface Pro tablet with Windows 10 for eight years so decided to replace with Surface Pro Copilot + tablet with Windows 11 and loving new one too. Still getting used to Windows 11 but figuring it all out. Had the Geek Squad transfer all my data from old to new and glad they did and within days too so quick turnaround. Very happy with purchase.

    Good product. Just the right size and power 2 in 1 for using as daily browsing, emailing and other day to day tasks. Plenty of power for more demanding tasks as well. Works well for lite major title cloud gaming. Still on the expensive side after accessories.

    I am 85 yrs old and works well and so far easy to use . Geek Squad helped me set it up, I needed to get a new computer because my old one was losing battery power
