    It is probably 1/2 inch shorter than the watch and that came with my Apple Watch. Other than that it is great.

    I had the original metallic watch band that occasionally attached me magnically to my refrigerator. It was also heavy on my wrist. When I was buying an extra charger base for the watch I mention that to the salesman who demonstrated the one on his wrist and found one in the display that matched my watch. He demonstrated the ease of changing the bands out and I was able to do it myself.

    I like this watch band, but I find it a bit clumsy to put on. The Velcro is of high quality and does a good job of keeping the band tight, it's just a little more clumsy to put on than the watch bands with buttons/holes, as you have to thread the band through the plastic portion and it's a tad more difficult, but all in all, I like the band.
