Clear good, grey bad

The clear one provides a good fit for your watch, but as other reviewers have noted, the grey one is really kind of a throwaway. The clear one has all of the right cutouts, and it looks great with the silver/white band Apple Watch, but it's a shame that you get the lower quality grey one instead of two clear ones.
