Q: Does this fit the apple watch 3 series
A: I have an apple watch 3 and it does fit my watch.
A: i can only answer the first two questions: no, it does nothing to protect the face of the watch and also does not protect the edges very much at all.
Q: Will the bumper hold the screen saver in place so the screen saver stops from popping off?
A: No it pushed up the edges of mine and peeled it up
A: Yes, water can get underneath it when washing hands. I don't wear it in the shower and have not worn it swimming as of yet.
Q: Will it fit a 40mm series 5?
A: No
Q: Would a glass screen protector fit underneath this case?
A: Yes it should if it isn't to large
Q: Is it made from silicone or rubber, or hard plastic?
A: Silicone, not hard plastic which makes for an easy install
