This is an amazing modem it is pricey but definitely worth it and its future proof so i won't have to worry about upgrading anytime soon definitely recommend getting this

Great Modem, had a 3.0 netgear that was constantly dropping connection so I upgraded to this Motorola. Set up was automatic with Xfinity, just hook it up and go. I pay for a 200 MB down plan and get 300, could get a gig but for what I pay this is perfectly sufficient. After a month I have had 0 drops or disconnects after having one or two a day with the previous modem.

Blazing fast! Easy to add to Xfinity, just call up, give them the details. They may need to flash it to update it but then it will unleash all the speed you pay for!

PLEASE do your research and look at the reviews before you buy this modem. I purchased this modem in August 2019 and it stopped working in November 2019. Power cycling it would fix it but the connection would drop in less than 5 minutes making it completely unusable. After contacting my ISP and having them come out they determined that the issue was my modem and Motorola support confirmed this. Motorola shipped me a new one and it worked great for 2 months until it started having the exact same issue AGAIN. I have decided to purchase a Netgear CM1000-100NAS cable modem instead and I've had no problems with it thus far.

Great powerful modem! Easy to set up as well! Worked with my provider (spectrum). Only one ethernet port in the back though but great upload and download speeds.

The modem works great. I upgraded to 1 gig service with WOW internet and the prior modem I had could only handle 300mb. This will handle way more than that so there is room for future speed upgrades. There is no router so you will need to provide your own, I already had routers, switches & access points in place so it was a simple swap and some basic configuration to get it up and running.

Connected up this modem about 4 weeks ago. Easy to connect, recognized instantly by my ISP (Xfinity), and has delivered my contacted internet speed reliably ever since.

Much faster than my previous Arris one that was also DOCSIS 3.1. I am using it with Grande Communications and have had no issues.

I bought this modem to be used on my Cox Gigablast service. No issues so far. I hooked it up to my Asus Wi-Fi 6 router and it is blazing fast. Fingers crossed!

My IT person installed the modem as part of an upgrade to my office/home network system. With the new modem the speed internet speed has improved and very fast.

Ordered it for same-day delivery and it arrived with no problems. Easy to install and very, very fast with Cox GigaBlast internet!

instant improvement noticed when hooked up. I did have to call comcast but by the time I got through, I had already registered the modem online and was good to go.

Made Mediacom Internet go from Intermittent flaky garbage to reliable high-speed throughput. This was after speaking with several Mediacom agents who couldn’t help. The recommendation came from one or two of them. Not good PR. Have to buy a third-party modem to make Mediacom Internet work.

Overall good high speed modem. I had 2 other different brands that failed after ~1 month. The only negative is that a lot of the pictures show multiple Ethernet ports for aggregation, but when you receive the modem they have them covered over.

Upgraded my Cox to gigablast and needed a new modem. Did some digging and this was the best fit. Couldn’t have been easier to setup. Really happy with the purchase so far.

This Motorola cable modem is working just as expected with my Cox Gigablast internet service. No complaints at this point. I’ll see how it holds up over time.

As a Comcast/ExFinity customer we were getting calls & emails that they were speeding their service and our previous (Motorola) modem wouldn't be able to keep up. This new one does seem to make loading pages on the computer faster and I'm happy that for the cost of renting a modem from them for a year I'll be good for another 5 until they catch up (3.1) with me.

This modem is pretty plug and play which is what I expected. I did not much speed increase from my previous DOCSIS 3.0 modem, but I was not expecting much increase.
