Works well set up fairly easy. Supported by spectrum internet. You will be directed to internet site to finish set up. Future proofs against raising int speeds to 1 gig

I bought this modem because it was rated for highest speed. I had more trouble getting it working than my other Docsis 3.1 modem. Cox was a struggle for some reason. I haven't noticed any impressive speeds and it only has a single port which drops it to a 4 star. The second port isn't super important since Cox doesn't support it, but I wish it had the feature and was supported so I could separate 2 networks.

Very easy to setup with my ISP (Spectrum) and it has ran flawlessly since we got it. This was also a little cheaper than the similar modems from other competitors.

Purchased this one after finding out the Arris SB3200 had a bad chip that could allow hacking and could not get a response about when there was going to be a patch to update and protect data. This modem has not needed to be rebooted/lose connection as I occasionally have had with the Arris.

I have not had a single problem with this modem. Now my ISP that is another story. I was able to use the built-in web interface to point the finger at my ISP for having noising single and missing channels that were causing issues with connection stability and speeds.

This along with Orbi mesh and Comcast 1Gb provisioned account provides 500-600 Mbps down and 40 Mbps up measured with Speedtest. Very easy to connect.

Works great so far. I have 500gbps and it tests higher than that on speed check....good if its accurate. Easy set up and was basically a plug and play.

I bought this for my son who lives in an apartment and games on weekends. He has Comcast with the 1,000 MPs plan so needed a fast modem compatible with Comcast. He’s had it for a year now with no issues. He had an older router, and just updated to a faster one. With the combination of the Motorola modem and a new router he’s now getting over twice the speed he had before. Just a note that you need a fast router (for wireless) to get the performance of the modem; and Best Buy has many to choose from.

This modem delivers the speeds as advertised all while dispersing heat in an efficient way. Does not over heat like my older modem. Warranty is top notch and the LAG ability might prove useful in future proofing this modem! Great purchase!

Best Modem you can buy for gigabit. Can’t beat the quality and price. Be sure to check in with your isp and update them of any irregularities pertaining your speeds. I had an issue where I was not seeing speeds that I am paying for. I bought this with a router combo to save money on lease changes from my provider. It so happened that the live agent whom activated my device did not set my device for gigabit, nor was I receiving the right signals. They had to reboot and refresh my equipment and download/upload the right config on it. It’s all good now.

Everything worked out very well. Installed with no problems works great. Much improvement on speeds.
