First modem I've ever set to thst was truly plug and play. Fast and so far very reliable. Wish I'd switched years ago!

This is the best way to limit the amount of money that you give to comcast. Some of the features of a comcast account won’t work without using THEIR modem. But those features, for the most part, are ones that the average user just doesn’t have a use for.

This modem is AMAZING! If you have many wifi devices and are doing heavy streaming, this modem will fix those issues provided you have good speeds from Xfinity and a good router to go with it. All 3 pieces are important to get optimal benefits. If you have fast interest speeds but a modem that can only handle so much, then you will experience issues. So make sure you buy this modem to handle all the devices in your household but also make sure you have a good wifi router and appropriate speeds from your internet service provider

Great modem, reviewing after 9 months of use and it never slows down, never crashes, no problems! Haven’t even had to restart once.

Its a brand new modem model and unfortunately spectrum doesn't have this in their system. So I couldn't activate it. 5 stars for bestbuy for taking it back and issuing a refund without any hassles.

Easy installation. I just had to call xfinity for them to finalize the set up. Its been working for about a month without any issues.

Motorola is a stable brand and generally a worthwhile purchase.

Easy to install and good quality for the price. Greatly improved my internet speed. No issues since installation.

Which is more than I can say about the Netgear modem. I have not tried the Arris modem so I cannot compare it to that one. I’ve used two of these now at different locations and they do the trick.

This moden was easy to set up, and I am getting much better speeds now.

Great price, easy setup. I have had this for a few weeks now and I have noticed a positive difference in my streaming activity.

Arrived as predicted with no packaging problems. Installed into operation as soon as ISP got their act together. Connected my computers, TVs and components into Wi-Fi service through router and all are working without any problems.

I upgraded to this modem because i am on the 1gb Xfinity service and it is exactly what I needed. Setup was very easy, and reboots are very quick. I consistently get just under 1gb (975, 945 etc...) when I check the output of the modem.

I would say you will not be disappointed buying this cable modem. My home Wi-Fi speed increase dramatically and you will feel so much better with good internet speed. You need to call Comcast to initially set it up but it is quite easy.

I upgraded my internet and my router didn't support fast internet speeds. It's a great product, easy to install and works great!

This modem does exactly what it advertises. Easy set up and easy to hook up. Runs nice and fast with my nighthawk router.

This is the second Motorola DOCSIS Cable Modem I have purchased for use with my Wireless Router to connect with my internet provider. Too bad my internet provider is horrible and not providing the service I am paying for.

Solid modem, no issues so far. Able to use moto's admin dashboard to trace connection errors back to ISP. Bests my old Netgear CM700, status lights are clear and understandable, doesn't feel/look cheap. Expect this to last for a few years at least, which includes a manufacturer 2-year warranty, double that of Netgear (only 1 year).

Modem works excellent despite the fact that wifi router decide to not be cooperative but Comcast can see signals from this modem very clearly! This modem deliver more POWER & SPEED at cheaper price than netgear!
