Modem has top of the line technology which can take advantage of my data plan with the cable company. The modems that they lease out are not top of the line. I also save the $15/month leasing fee. Very satisfied

I've been waiting for this particular modem to drop in price for months. It finally did and I immediately grabbed one. This modem is your second best option next to Comcast's own box (I always buy my own modems and routers and you should too and save $10 a month). Haven't experienced any drops as of yet and actually boosted by Mbs from the 400 mbps to 477mMbs (WiFi). Installation was only a phone call away to Comcast who set it up as my new modem. All in all I'm satisfied.

Good quality. The only downside was soon after I purchased it, the price went down and I was only 1 or 2 days exceeding the price adjustment Period.

Was a little bit of a pain to get Comcast to properly configure the modem. For some reason initially the firmware update from Comcast was not loading on the modem. They (Comast) kept asking me to contact the manufacturer. After three different tech support representatives the firmware updated. Works great now!

We purchased this Modem because our Internet provider supplied modem was cutting in-and-out even though they told us it was not the modem. We have not had a problem since we purchased this and they can no longer throttle us

Bought this modem to replace cable provider combo modem/wifi. Instructions indicated I could do this without provider assistance, but that wasn't the case. A call to the provider and less than 10 miutes later, the modem was up and running. Hooking it up to a new wifi router and i was up and running. Expect to break even in 16 to 18 months with better perfromance today.

Great modem for the price. Looks nice and is it that big.

I tried two different Docsis 3.1 modems prior to purchasing this one and both has issues with speed and internet dropping. This one had none of those issues and I'm getting my advertised speed through Xfinity.

Seems to be working fine. Hard to know for sure how well it works. It is connected. Speeds seem fine.

Was very easy to set up and love the way it works.

After years of using spectrum provided modems, I was fed up of the daily speed drops around peak times, which is the same time I happen to be playing video games. Frankly, you'll still get speed drops, but not as bad as the spectrum modems. I would definitely recommend this if you're using multiple devices in the house. My decision was made easier after reading into the defective puma chipsets by Intel that happen to be used in most modems.

Easy set-up, works great with ASUS router. Seems higher quality than previous Netgear modem.

This replaced an old 3.0 modem and immediately doubled my download speed. I do not have the highest tier service but bought this one anyway just in case of a future upgrade. My old modem lasted 10 years and I expect this one to do the same. Well worth it.

Better one i could find for the price for 3.1 looks good and was simple to set up of course you will have more problems with the Internet company. Would recommend to friend.

Product was very easy to set up and activate with Xfinity. Great speed have not had any issues.
