I just bought this modem to get the full speed of my upgrade to Comcast's gigabit service. It works well, with great speeds and no issues so far.

Was fortunate to catch this Modem on sale - have had a history of using Motorola modem's as they have always served me well. Recently needed an upgrade to Docsis 3.1 to support an upgrade to gigabit speeds from my ISP. This unit fell under their the approved list and immediately saw an improvement in load times before the gigabit switch was finalized.

Nice and responsive UI. It has a spectum analyzer function included along with 3 additional Gig ports for future faster internet speeds using link aggregation.

The nicest thing you can say about a modem is that once it is connected it just works. This was very simple to install. Connect power, Ethernet and cable. Once connected (and once cable company enabled it) it just worked. We are not yet pushing the speed, but otherwise simple install and worked no problems.

Works well, easy to install. Works as advertised, no issues.

Install was perfectly smooth with Comcast. Speeds are fast!!!

Excellent modem, resets easily, and transfers data accurately.

Very easy to setup by yourself. Slim design and the lights are easily visible from across the room. I have upgraded my internet speed and needed a modem capable of delivering the faster speeds to my devices. I do wish that it had more than one Ethernet port but that's what internet switches are for. Great product especially for the price!

Previously had a Netgear DOCSIS 3.1 modem and it didn't last a year so I swapped to the Motorola. As a former cable installer I've always preferred and trusted Motorola over Netgear and Arris. TP-Link is also great but not available in store. Highly recommend Motorola for reliability since they've been making cable modems for many years.

Easy to set up. Download and upload speeds are adequate.

I bought this to replace the modem Cox had provided. It was easy to set up; all I had to do was plug it in, and follow some prompts in my browser...never had to call Cox. I have my mesh WiFi network plugged into it, and an additional switch plugged into the router, and this modem has been able to handle all the traffic no problem.

This has been working so well after replacing my home's old one that I have forgotten all about it. Seems like a great modem to me!

This has worked great with my Xfinity Gig internet plan! There are 3 hidden ethernet ports for future proof use with higher bandwidth necessities. I have next to zero signal issues that I had with the Arris sb8200. Very satisfied and recommending to anyone with higher tier internet or looking to just future proof there modem.

The Motorola Modem worked well once it got power; the power plug in had to be replaced as it was defective.

No more dropouts and I'm future-proofed for awhile! Looking forward to when I can upgrade to gig internet and use the port bonding.
