Tricky initial setup. great modem. Highly recommended.

My isp rates this modem number 1 so i went with it hoping to get the best support from them with it. Mediacom is the provider i have.

Purchased to replace a leased cable modem. Easy install and setup a breeze, Very stable internet connection and consistent speed.

This Motorola Modem solved a major problem with obtaining full service from Suddenlink. I am very impressed with the quality and performance of this product. Also, I am very impressed with the Best Buy curbside service. Less than 5 minutes to safely pickup a high quality modem during a pandemic! Keep it up! Thanks!

Comcast informed me that my Arris SB6190 was no longer up to par with the speed I pay for so i decided to upgrade. This was the better option for me based on my research. I have not seen a huge improvement in my speeds but that can be due to me using an older router. I just purchased a new router which has a 2.5gbps WAN port so I’m hoping that helps. I go from the router to the modem then to my PC. If you have Xfinity, good luck getting them to add a new modem. It took two days and 4 different techs to add the modem to my account. They are two separate areas in Xfinity’s system where they need to add the modem. The first 3 techs were only adding it to one system. I thought the first modem was defective so I returned it and ordered another one only to find out that it was Xfinity not doing things correctly.

Got this modem for our Xfinity 1Gbps plan. Working as expected and the modem has been performing well so far without issues.

This replaced a6 yearold arris modem which had stared failing the polling test and rebooting every few min. This fixed that problem.

The router is much better than the one Xfinity provides. I would buy it again without hesitation, hopefully it continues to work

I connected this to my Suddenlink cable then contacted Suddenlink and gave them the information they needed to make it operational. That has been nearly a month ago, and it has worked flawlessly. So happy with this modem! It stays connected and has ran perfectly. Can’t say that about my old modem.

My Spectrum internet kept cutting out, daily, because the modem they provided me is known to be faulty, but they can’t figure that out for some reason. I hooked this up, called them to activate it and haven’t had an issue in weeks. Definitely recommend, worth buying to have reliable service.

Replaced two new netgears that both had different issues. This modem connected right away and has had zero issues!

Does the job! Handles two DVRs, a phone service and all the WiFi connections we make with phone, tablets and one PC.

The product was well packaged. The installation instruction was well written with few simple steps to follow. Well built and color coordinate to help with CAT-5/6 cable connection to router. Only few days so haven't see any glitches. Hopefully it will last for few years.

Most freezing symptoms are gone. What’s left is probably Internet/network related. I’m very satisfied with this modem.

Havent caught the covid since I got this modem. 10 of 10 for keeping me safe

This was a replacement for NETGEAR Cable Modem CM700 that would drop the signal several times a day. So far 10 times better then the Netgear. No drop Signal. Clear signal. would recommend

this item works so well we bought a second one for a family member

Excellent modem works great. Best part saves the modem rental fee from cable company.

Our internet is 100% improved since adding this modem. We were using the standard-issue Spectrum modem and forced to reset it at least three times a day. I am happy to say that since adding this modem weeks ago, we have only needed to reset WiFi once. Highly recommend! Worth the $$$
