This docsis 3.1 modem has worked wonderfully. I can't say the same about the ISP, but thankfully this modem is compatible with Xfin***.

Fast and stays cool. I recently upgraded to 600 MB service and needed to upgrade the modem to take advantage of the new speed. So far, so good. Recommended.

Great modem! Speed increase over the one I had from my ISP is 200mbps so I am now close to the gigabit speed I am paying for! Matched this up with Arris maxPro mesh WiFi and all I can say is WOW!

Flawless so far. No unforced reboots or downtimes that I am aware of. Have unplugged to reset maybe 3 or 4 times but was unnecessary since it was ISP issue. Works with Mediacom 1G service.

I was unable to use this device - it wasn't clear from the product description that it wouldn't work with my VOIP phone set up. And I missed by a few days to return it so now I'm stuck with something I really cannot use at my home. It may be great, but I cannot use. Cannot recommend since I cannot use.

Great for tge technology challenged. I was able to hook it up myself, no issues as of 12/5/21, bought in March 2021

This modem is the best one I've ever owned, hands down. I hardly ever have to reset it and when I do it's due to Comcast's crappy service in my apartment building and not the equipment.

Does the job with out the rental fees from provider.

No matter what we did, it continued to loose connection. Even Spectrum sent a tech and equipment worked for 3 weeks and it disconnected again. Very weird, I had the same Motorola older version for at least 7 years, even moved addresses and worked amazingly. Very dissapointed. I returned it today and got Netgear. Let's see how it works.

I had an older modem for 13 years, even with high speed, never dropped. This one drops daily, I have to hit power & I am 14 days out of return. Not pleased & would not recommend.

Great modem, rock solid and stable and no more rentals

Paired with Orbi mesh router for xfinity. Now above rated speed to my phone/laptop not like previous which was just to the xfinity rented equipment but much slower to my phone/laptop.

I had to change my modem because Comcast was not going to support my older one. Honestly I don’t see a difference.

We have been using it with spectrum for over half a year now without any issues. Can’t go wrong with this modem.

Working good so far, went from 200Mbps to over 600. Only really need it if you have multiple devices and you have a 600+Mbps plan from your provider, but I needed it so great buy.

Replaced aging modem. Simple install and setup with my current provider. Works as expected without any issues.

I bought this modem so I could return cox modem,I just got this setup about a week ago it seems to be faster than cox modem I have noticed less buffering and applications open a bit faster. My samsung s20 fe showing speeds over 500 Cox modem only showed 233 range.

I bought my modem several years ago, and then upgraded internet. But the modem was too slow for my plan. This gets me up to 6-700 mbs. Working fine when the internet works!
