This didn’t work for me as my speed was still under what I was supposed to be receiving. So I had to return it

Does exactly what it is designed to do an nothing more. Low overhead cable modem that performs well. No internet downtime in the 2 months that I have owned it that was due to malfunction on its part. Would recommend

My previous modem was not compatible to the speeds I was paying for and it was affecting my work. Since purchasing the new modem all has been well.

Had Comcast tech on phone, set-up and activation was a breeze. Good high speed and stable connections. Immediately connected to the new DOCSIS 3.1 with no problem. So far so good. I recommend this modem.

Outside of Activation with xFinity being WAY more of a hassle than it should have been, the modem itself is great. Well worth the money. Great features, Great compatibility, Strong Connection. I get the speeds I pay for plus the 20% extra, sometimes more. If there was one modem to go for, This is it. Do not spend more than you have to on one. For $150, this is one of the best Modems on the market.

Works as expected. Save ISP rental fees by owning your own modem. Great value.

Works great with Mediacom internet. Plugged in, connected to router, and after activating, home Wi-Fi has never been better.

Great motorola product, easy hook up and is working well

Bought this modem yesterday. Installed it without a hitch. Called Xfinity to update the device MAC address and and within few minutes I am online. Test the speed and everything looks great. Then suddenly internet access stop. Verify the modem's event log and found out there is drop off of the signal due to T3 timeout. I think this a modem issue because the old modem works perfectly. I have to replace the old one because it is not supported anymore. I bought this modem because of the feature - plan of using it for LAG (link aggregation).

Overall it seems like it could be an ok modem. The problem is firmware bugs that cause reboots and disconnects. In the case of Xfinity or Comcast business, you will be cycled between bad and worse versions. You'll spend months fighting with them to try and resolve issues. In the end it comes down to the manufacturer (Minim not Motorola) constantly releasing buggy firmware and taking years between each attempted fix. You also will have a hard time getting support from Motorola/Minim. They seem understaffed but are willing to RMAs fairly easily. (But on your dime for ahipping.)

I was in another state when i purchased this item. When i got home and realized it wouldnt work for my needs, i was past my 14 day return window. 14 day returns was never found prior to purchase. No customer service number to talk to someone at the store. I will NEVER buy from BestBuy again. You lost my business forever. Looks like my new TV surround sound entertainment system will be purchased somewhere else. Nice job.
